On line account easy to set up and easy to use also let's you know in advance your weekly or monthly salary so you can budget ahead if you need to also when transferring money they dont charge you which is a big bonus

Since switching to Think money I've had no problems at all. The app is easy to navigate, also I like the fact that they give you pre warning when they are about to do work on the app, which I think is good as it gives you time to plan ahead.

Shockingly poor Capital one
Shockingly poor, no very very bad service.
Activated my card today bought a takeaway pizza, next thing card blocked, rang was told there was a block because it's new, asked for clarification got no reasonable answer asked to be connected to manager told no. Asked, then insisted to be connected to complaints department told the didn't have one( twice). Got fed up of them wasting my time, so asked to settle the amount owed for pizza told no. there is a block on the account. I insisted they take the payment and close the account, they refused. They offered to take my money and hold it until the account was unblocked then they would process the payment. I stated " no wonder you don't have a "complaint department " to which the person replied" yes we do" . I referred the person to their colleague's statement. And asked again to be connected. To which they replied"we don't connect you directly.
Think money-Capital one products, staff and procedures are not for for purpose.
Again I tried to pay and cancel
They refused.

We would like to clarify that although thinkmoney does have a credit card that is provided by capital one, we do not have access to their accounts, systems, or complaint handling processes. To have this matter properly investigated, we recommend contacting Capital One directly through their official customer service or complaints channels.
