Seeing the book advertised on Thirty…
Seeing the book advertised on Thirty one eight was not what it looked like when it arrived. Quite different. It was a very thin book and expensive for what it is.
The book could have quite easily been posted in an med envelope which would have not cost as much as the postage required.

Safeguarding resources
The quality of service. Value for money. Speed of confirmation of order. Would have been 5 * but for lack of detail from the delivery firm as to which order they were going to deliver.

My latest purchase for £4.20 was only printed on 2 x A4 card?
