Thorncroft Clematis  Avis

My request was dealt with extremely efficiently. I was kept aware of each stage of the process and the plant arrived in perfect condition. All very satisfactory.

Just wanted to say how happy I was with my recent order of clematis rooguchii.
Thorncroft made a special order for me to get these oh so beautiful plants.
The plants are super healthy with many stems and all were in flower.
Customer service second to none and plants are too!!

Fantastic communication regarding order and delivery updates. I bought something as a gift and the handwritten card made it even more special. The plant itself looked fabulously healthy in the photos I received from the recipient and they are very happy with the gift.

I ordered 4 “Jingle Bells” - got a very professional email with invoice attached confirming my order. Great communication as I then received another email telling me that due to very warm temperatures they would delay shipment. Within a couple of days another email to confirm my order had been dispatched. On arrival the plants were exceptionally well packaged and were great quality. Now planted and they’re already showing new growth only a few weeks later. I can highly recommend Thorncroft Clematis - not a recommendation I make lightly as well seasoned clematis lover!

Nice plant. Well packaged and sent quickly. Thanks.

Quality of plants are excellent.
Arrived without any damage.
Clematis I bought from them are thriving in spite of recent hot spell.
Also provide good after care support if needed.

I ordered the clematis as a gift earlier this year. The recipient has been delighted with it and reports beautiful flowers this summer. As the purchaser I was very happy with the ease of ordering and timely delivery. I would not hesitate to use Thorncroft again.

Good communication. Prompt delivery.

Really good service. the Plant arrived well packed, and in superb condition. There was also lots of advice on pruning and feeding the Clematis. Very pleased.

Great choice of the more unusual varieties and good information about them on their website. Easy ordering process. Arrived quickly. Packed well, and thoughtfully without lots of plastic. The plants are in superb condition and we are in a heatwave so I would not normally order at sych a time but want to plant up an archway soon and I am looking forward to planting them in September, or whenever we get more rain!

I’m very happy with the quality of the clematis I bought, ‘Princess Diana’ & ‘Niobe’.
Delivery was prompt and the plants were well packaged.
Would definitely be buying from them again.

plant arrived in good health. a well established plant now growing happily in my garden. and delivered at expected time.

I was a little bit sceptical about ordering a plant on line but this company was faultless. The plant arrived quickly and it was a very healthy specimen. I have now planted it and look forward to it growing into the beautiful clematis that I read about.

Excellent customer service, delivered as promised. Well packaged and arriving in perfect condition, very healthy plants. Not the cheapest clematis but considering the quality of product and service, worth every penny. This is my second plant and will continue to use Thorncroft without hesitation.

My clematis is doing well. With the weather as it is. Watering it. Thankyou.

Good company to deal with. Clematis well packaged.

Great plants, excellent customer service!

Excellent service from Heather & Gertie could not have been more helpful in finding the C. alpina that I needed. Will definitely be my go to for clematis and highly recommend!

Website described the plant I wanted and it was in stock. It was delivered as promised on time. The condition was excellent. Very well packaged and the plant was fresh, with healthy leaves and beautiful flowers. There were clear planting instructions, and it was a pleasure to plant it.
