Thorncroft Clematis  Avis

I ordered two clematis plants on the 1st of the month my delivery came on the 3rd i cant believe how quick they came the plan ts were well packed ,when i opened the boxes the plants were bigger than i thought they were lovely plants also i was kept uptodate all the time about delivery i can highley recomend this company .

The company did really well - a lovely healthy plant arrived on time. I planted it just as instructed.

But, a couple of days later, our tortoise totally flattened it. I am hoping it will produce new shoots from under the soil - I have erected tank traps all round it!

two outstanding attributes service and above all the quality of the plants jb higins eskbank midlothian

This is the second time I have purchased from Thorncoft Clematis, having previously purchased a Honeysuckle. This time I purchased a Dropmore Scarlet Honeysuckle which arrived well packaged and the plant itself was looking very healthy. It has not been in the ground long yet, but if the other one I purchased a few years back is anything to go on, this one will be perfect.
Communication was brilliant, as was overall dispatch & delivery time.
Would definitely purchase from Thorncroft again.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery, kept fully informed of the progress of my order and plant arrived well packaged and healthy.
Thank you

Easy to order and plants are very healthy and good sizes. Communication good and prompt delivery. Fantastic variety to choose from. An issue with the delivery company was sorted and resolved by Heather and Gertie immediately. Highly recommend Thorncroft. Thank you.

Delivery was prompt, the clematis was packed decurely and arrived in excellent condition. Really healthy looking plant of a good size. Planted in a large container and already growing and has 6 flower buds. I will definitely order again when I'm ready for another clematis.

Very healthy clematis, well packaged and a good price, recommend

Received my plant shortly after ordering and was kept informed about every single step from ordering to delivery. The plant arrived safely packaged and in great condition. Thorncroft Clematis were also extraordinarily helpful when I had a question about pruning my new clematis. I followed their advice and can already see fresh new growth after just a few weeks. I would definitely recommend ordering from Thorncroft Clematis if you‘re looking for top quality plants and great customer service.

There was a problem with my delivery address (purely my fault) and my items were returned to the company. After failing to make contact wirh me, after several weeks they tried again and I was able to arrange another delivery. They were so helpful and friendly and the plants were delivered successfully and look wonderful in my mum's garden! Thank you so much, Theresa

Clematis Emilia Plater was delivered in excellent condition and a very good size. It was beautifully packed and is doing very well in situ . Would definitely recommend the ladies at Thorncroft Clematis for doing a wonderful job , many thanks.

Pleased with the service and plant of good quality and well packaged.

I was looking for a very specific variety of clematis which Thorncroft had in stock. I had not heard of the company before but placed the order and have been very satisfied with the experience. I received lots of regular updates on the status of my order, so I always knew what was going on. The order arrived promptly, and it was well packaged to survive transport. The plant arrived looking healthy and came with care instructions that have proven useful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
