Thorncroft Clematis  Avis

I was looking for a very specific variety of clematis which Thorncroft had in stock. I had not heard of the company before but placed the order and have been very satisfied with the experience. I received lots of regular updates on the status of my order, so I always knew what was going on. The order arrived promptly, and it was well packaged to survive transport. The plant arrived looking healthy and came with care instructions that have proven useful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Excellent service, transported with care very healthy plants all thriving !

tried several garden centres to find this particular plant and everyone was out of stock, luckily Thorncroft had it. Had to wait a while for delivery but very pleased with the size and quality of the plant would definitely use them again

The clematis I received were in very good condition and beautiful quality but the delivery by DHL was very disappointing left in full view of passers by and not left in safe place as requested

Excellent quality [;ant and accutate amd speedy delivery to an awkward location

Lovely plant , delivered to friend as a housewarming present . Arrived with no hitch . Thank you !

Beautiful healthy plants which arrived in perfect condition. Every step of their journey was reported to me via email. So I knew exactly when they would arrive. thank you

The range of clematis varieties available was excellent as is the quality of plants on delivery. On this occasion the delivery courier failed to meet the initial delivery schedule by 1 day but the plants were so well packaged it didn't affect them. Would buy again without hesitation.

Ordering was easy and Delivered quickly, both in perfect condition on arrival, beautiful healthy clematis.i am very pleased with my purchases from Thorncroft clematis 👌

Order and delivery updates; plant arrived perfectly packed and in good order, together with planting instructions, Now happily planted!

Superbly packed so arrived in tip top condition, look like lovely healthy plants. More expensive than many others but absolutely worth it. Some of the big companies could learn a lot methinks.

Very pleased. Healthy plant! Excellent service throughout!

Totally happy with my purchase. Came early, well packaged. Settled in well. Not bloomed yet, but buds ready to open.

I wanted to order 2 Guernsey Cream clematis from you but you only had 1 in stock so I purchased that.
The plant itself is in excellent condition and the packaging was equally excellent - on a par with David Austen. The enclosed instructions are fabulous on planting, feeding and care.
In contrast the second clematis I ordered from a different supplier. The plant is not of as good quality as yours, the box was damaged and open, and there were no instructions included whatsoever.
Ordering from yourselves was easy, customer service was excellent and I’m really impressed with the quality of my purchase.
Thank you!

Thorncroft provided good clear information on the status of my order which I found useful and reassuring. When my clematis arrived it was well packaged and the plant was in very good condition. I would use Thorncroft again.

This was my first order with Thorncroft Clematis and is now my go-to website for climbers and especially clematis. My clematis arrived promptly, very well-packed and in superb condition, strong and healthy. It’s now planted and thriving. This company is brilliant and highly recommended!

Helpful site, good service, great instructions on arrival & plant in super condition

Very healthy plant. Grows like wild as soon as planted. Love the informative instructions too.

I was looking for this exact clematis following an accident with an edge trimmer. It was very reasonably priced, for such a large plant, far bigger than I expected. It was very healthy and arrived very quickly. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would certainly recommend them.

Thorncroft Clematis never fail to deliver. A superb specimen with huge flowers on it already. This is my second purchase from them this year.
