What they send does not match what they post on their website. When I received the cheap quality items that were so ridiculously overpriced, I immediately sent them an email to initiate a return as it states in their return policy on their website and I never received a response to 3 emails.

I immediately contacted my credit card company and they initially refunded me while they investigated. Threads and Bond sent confirmation of receipt of product and my credit card company reversed the credit.

I was so mad that I collected all of my evidence and had to submit to my CC company and they of course could not deny me the credit back to my card.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. It's a SCAM

I ordered what was advertised as "jeans" and they were priced accordingly. I spent around $130 and what I received was polyester, cheap, ugly pants that looked nothing as pictured. After emailing multiple times with no response, I know I will never receive a refund. This company is a complete scam.

Buyer beware! no live person to speak with - I have not received an order I placed nearly 30 days ago, and I cannot get anyone to call or respond via email. doubt I will ever receive the merchandise and, even more doubtful, the money back. Do not order from this company. see other negative reviews on poor/lacking customer service, poor quality, unkept promises.

This is a scam company. They sell items that are not what they say they are. I ordered a sweater and instead got a polyester copy of a sweater, not even knitted. I have emailed them daily to request a return and no response.
I want my money back per their 30 day guarantee! ( which I will probably never see)

I received my item. I ordered a pair of shoes named "Sophia/Leather Sandals", size 9. I received the shoes. They were too big and had a European size of 43. I emailed them (two times) with no response. Yet they have a 24/7 reach out policy. There was no return receipt in the package nor was there a legitimate return address. I searched for a phone number, but none is listed. I finally had to contact my credit card company who gave me a temporary credit. My credit card company is also reaching out to the company. If I do not hear from this company soon, I will contact the BBB. Very frustrating.

SCAM COMPANY- Order never arrived, there is no way to contact them, no responses to emails, no refunds, nothing. They just charge your credit card.

Out of China. Items do not match order. They do not respond to anything, phone calls, emails. Not even for shipping label to return items. My credit card company is investigating and already issued my refund to my credit card. Thank you Captial One who always has my back on purchases.

Unfortunately I only received part of my order yesterday. I ordered a leather handbag and the handbag they sent is vinyl. I ordered a tricolor wool sweater in XXL and received a gray polyester sweater in size xx-small. I have been trying to contact this company by e mail since December 29th, 2024. I have sent 11 emails and not one response.
I have been trying to find out why they charged me a second charge for $236.
I contacted my bank and the bank said they are a legit site because they found it online. “If it’s online it’s legit, right?”.
I received my order from China, not the UK.
Their return method is to email them first and they will send instructions. I did, no response.
This company is a scam operating out of China and sending goods that you do not want!!!!!!!

The company is showing products that are nothing like what they actually send. They claim to be a UK company, but are completely unreachable by any of the means noted on their site. They won’t reply to email or their contact us page. It is clearly a scam company. They also have fake trust pilot reviews on the site.
