Watch out for unwanted fees!
I found Thrive market looking for a hard to find product; without my consent they signed me up for recurring orders AND a membership, which I was charged for. It took me a lot of time to get all this reversed. I imagine they offer good customer service and good products but their lack of transparency of marketing practices which border on fraud should be a warning to anyone not wanting to join their membership or have product shipped they do not want.

I used to promote for the company. It was very difficult to get paid and then the people who signed up because of me had trouble canceling and nothing but complaints. Look at Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend

Was undecided if this was worth it or not. Joined out of curiosity. Before I realized it. There was an order created. Which I canceled immediately. But was charged a membership fee of $59.95.
Which i also canceled the membership & was advised no Refund for membership.
Don't Recommend. Can find same similar products wo getting charged recurring fees

Misleading Product Availibilty/Bad Customer Servic
I Googled Labneh and Thrive came out on top. After answering all their questions about what products I might be interested in, I was quickly funneled into "Joining". I selected the cheapest option to try the company. Still thinking that I was going to be able to buy Labneh. After I joined my cart had about $60 of goods in it that I had not specifically selected, but no Labneh. Turns out they don't have Labneh. I immediately went to the "chat" function to cancel my membership and hopefully not be charged the $12.99 I'd signed up for. Alas, the AI chat bot said I could cancel but would would loose my $12.99. I would think that if the product I had searched that brought up there site, WASN'T available --- AND I was canceling within 5-10 minutes of signing up, that I could get a refund. RIDICULOUS!

Tedious, costly and a waste of time
I had to sign up with Thrive just to be able to view prices, and it was a long and tedious process. Once I got in, I found that the prices were not a savings, but much more expensive than my local grocery market. So then I had to cancel my 59.99 membership and get a refund. But there was no one to contact, only a chat function - which did not work. 20 minutes later, and then I found a phone number for differently abled persons. I called it, waited on hold, and then got a rep who tried to sell me on the price match guarantee. But the process to get the price match is too consuming. Then she tried to offer me dollar credits to stay. So why bother charging a membership fee if it is going to be offered back in credits? Thrive is just not worth the cost or effort, so one is probably better off supporting a local business.

I accidentally signed up for recurring…
I accidentally signed up for recurring shipments and didn't mean to. Thrive market reimbursed me for the accidental order even though it was already processed and shipped. The customer service I received was phenomenal. I will 100% be shopping with Thrive from now on because of the kindness and accommodation they showed me.

Thrive Market is a good app/store!
Thrive Market always has been a good source of good food. Even though it is a bit expensive at times it is very nice to have the sales and free items from time to time! When I had an issues which deliverys they always gave a solution and communicated when it was FED EXS fault they reached out and offered apologies.
