Thrive Market is one of the best places I know to buy high quality food at excellent prices, with fast delivery and excellent customer service. I often prefer their store brand products over the brand names, for quality and price. Overall, I get the impression that there's a very good group of human beings behind Thrive Market, not a faceless corporation.

Customer service is helpful and the food and home options are what I like, at a fair price. It's a convenient way to get things that might normally take several stops.

Through chat, Blake read my question and went beyond to help me with my situation.

Thrive made ordering healthy food for my family so easy! And when my husband and I decided we needed a break for a little while, it was pretty easy to cancel.

Thrive has great products and the right price and their customer service is always on point!

The system doesn’t offer a way to cancel. Thrive offers bacteria many products, although organic, are processed and/or contain sugar and starches.
I would like a refund and a cancellation of auto renew. It has been less than 30 minutes ago that I was charged.

Thrive Market delivers an healthy alternative for food and health items not available in my area. I can order needed items and within a few days they arrive. There customer service is top notch and fast to correct any mishaps. Today I had a box split apart in shipping, it arrived all taped up with mangled goods and Thrive gave me a full refund on my order. I indicated some items survived but Thrive refunded them too which was not needed but did anyway. This is my 3rd order and everything we have received has been excellent! Thrive will continue to have my business! Thanks Thrive!

I love Thrive market! They are consistently wonderful-responsive, fast shippers and incredibly customer-focused. Any time there has been an issue with a product (which is rare!) their customer service goes above and beyond to make it right. Thrive Market is an excellent resource for wholesome, healthy food options especially since I live in a rural area. My most recent experience with Blake in Customer Service was excellent. He had compassion for my situation and was able to handle it in a timely manner.

I bought some chocolates for a friend in 2023, and it autorenewed my membership without me knowing and all the emails went to spam regarding it. When I went to cancel it recently, I called twice and they gave an automated answer to do the live chat (which wasn't working) and then hung up on me. I finally got the live chat working, and the robot kept trying to convince me to re-up my membership, even though I said 3 times I wanted to cancel. Then they got me to a live chat real person, and she was rude. Thankfully, they did cancel my membership and emailed that a refund for this year's membership will be coming back to me in 3-5 business days, but it took a lot of work to get to that point, and their live chat reps need more training to be more polite to customers.

Total scam. You are forced to sign up for a membership to be able to see their prices. Obviously the company is ashamed of their prices, otherwise they’d advertise them!

If you have Amazon prime (free shipping and occasional $10 off $50) there’s no reason for thrive.

Wonderful selection of products, great prices and most importantly. EXCELLENT customer service. they are very responsive and really care about customers and community.

The company resolves issues quickly and efficiently. They go above and beyond giving a credit when an item is damaged. It is also so easy to ask for help.

The customer service provided by Ayanda was exceptional and the products were received quickly and include a variety of different healthy food options.

I bought the $60 annual membership but have found it's not worth it. The majority of products they carry still have unhealthy ingredients, the prices are still comparable to local markets and I find their way of marketing through their app tries to push people into making unnecessary purchases and automatic renewal policies that require more than a simple request are disgusting.
Azure Standard has been much more of what I'm seeking. Single ingredient, fresh organic foods and other truly healthy products are what I want. Clear and easy ordering, no automatic sending to avoid, no membership fee's. I like this type of customer oriented, ethical business.
