So far I’m impressed with the products eg foaming hand wash thick and cleans well.
There was a slight problem with my initial order which was rectified quickly and efficiently - great customer service provided.
Will almost definitely be returning to buy more when needed.

The soap is lovely, foamy , smells nice , very easy to replenish the soap , the bottle is wonderful too , really nice looking, stylish, sturdy .
Delivery is fine . I have ordered a new set of refills tablets.

These are great toilet rolls - soft yet strong, solid rolls, packed into 4s. They look great and go a very long way.

So far so good! I've been with Who Gives a Crap for a while and wanted to give Tiboo a chance. Seems fairly similar. So worth a go if you're also thinking the same.

Toilet paper is excellent but Tiboo’s policy of not allowing a delivery to be left in a safe place seems outdated in this day and age and is a hassle.

I love the idea behind this company (who wouldn’t?) and the products seem great so far.
However, I bought some cleaner concentrates to add to my own bottles, but hoped for (expected?) some stickers to put on my bottles to tell me what’s in them. I get that it’s extra wastage of paper labels, and repeat purchasers won’t need them - but there should at least be an option to have some if needed.

The bamboo cleaning cloths are a good alternative to plastic and other compostable cloths. The company provides clear information about the sustainability of their products, which is the essential thing for choosing a natural material.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. The delivery was on time and the product I chose, sugar beet loo paper, was very soft and lasted well.
I like that there is no plastic and the rolls are individually wrapped in paper.
I hope that I am saving trees!

I love the sugarcane toilet roll. It's soft, good value for money and good for the environment. What's not to love! ?

You did not advise me of who the carrier would be.
The carrier was DPD. They did not email me about the delivery day and time. DPD delivered a badly damaged carton and only by chance was there somebody home to accept. Some of the toilet rolls were squashed but not too badly.

I suggest you change your carrier but also as you didn’t email me about the carrier, I shall consider another supplier in future.

I stumbled across this brand whilst searching the internet trying to find a best price for another brand I have been using for the last 2 years. Prices have soared and Tiboo not only came on £10 cheaper, great discount on top of that also. This was not the only selling point. I have a sceptic tank so need to be super aware of what is going in there. Not only is Tiboo softer, cheaper, it’s also so much better for the environment. Moving away from loo rolls made from bamboo to sugarcane has been a game changer. Fast delivery also. Looking forward to a long relationship with Tiboo.
