Issues with ticket refunds

Involved in organising a festival. The facility of making ticket refunds on the Ticketpass website doesn't work. Ticketpass have failed to respond to numerous emails, and are now telling us they can't make refunds. Very poor customer service.

Useless website, useless customer service

I wanted to buy memberships for my local football club so I would receive discounted tickets to matches. The discounted members tickets cannot be purchased at the gate of the event; I must go through the Ticketpass website to book in advance. I am entering my membership codes as instructed on the website and they are invalid. The football club tell me to contact Ticketpass - who never respond to me. At this point, I have wasted £90 on annual memberships via Ticketpass, I am unable to purchase discounted tickets as promised, and Ticketpass are absolutely no help.

It wasn’t straight forward to transfer…

It wasn’t straight forward to transfer the tickets into my wallet but I did manage to sort it out. Should also give an option to print tickets out aswell

Just to let you know, we do have the option to print tickets—once assigned, we send an email with the ticket as a PDF attachment which you can print, and you can also access your tickets anytime in 'My Tickets' and download it (PDF) to print it.

My ticket was’lost’ no email was received I had to send emails and phone calls to ticket pass and Worthing fc before it was resolved 2 days later.

Bit of a rip off.

Bit of a rip off charging people for buying a ticket. You think it is going to be £9 and you add £1.45 charge to it. Especially when you are buying multiple tickets and you get the multiple charge.

We strive to keep our fees as transparent and fair as possible. The booking/service fee helps cover essential costs like payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance and VAT, with a portion also supporting social impact initiatives.

When it comes to the fees, the event organiser can decide whether to absorb it, pass it on, or split it with the customer.

Every time I tried to enter my details to register it spelt my name backwards. I ended up having to put my name in backwards so that it would appear correctly. Very poor website
