Did exactly as they said they would. Not normally a fan of buying tickets online but this lot were fab!!

Thanks for sharing your feedback.

Yes, that's suffice. When you arrive to the event, the event organiser will be able to find you using your booking reference.

You also don't need to print your tickets (QR codes) you have the option to add them to your Apple and Google wallet or you can you can access them as PDF on your phone.

The password allows you to have all your active (and past) tickets in one place.

We really are sorry to hear you feel like that. Our pricing is similar to competitors and unlike anyone else, we are the only ones to pledge 50% of our booking fee to charity and/or social projects. So the reality is that we make less money.

No notification of membership number…

No notification of membership number change after receipt of numbers by email. Total confusion ensued. Annoyed at having to pay extra £5 each for two cards.
