The platform is great

The platform is great. I only gave it a 4 star because i would love if there was an easier way to send out multiple QR codes for one ticket; like the buyer being able to add names and then being sent individual qr codes for each name under a paired ticket. Otherwise I enjoy that the platform is pretty straightforward

Happy so far

I've been impressed with ticket tailor so far. Creating events felt quite intuitive and there were some great features and settings that enabled me to get the event listing to suit my event really well. It also helped to make my events look more professional.
What I find tricker and less intuitive is the billing side of the website. I'm finding it a bit confusing to get to grips with that - how I withdraw my earnings etc etc.
But, overall very happy I went with this platform over alternatives - from a user-friendliness perspective and an ethical one. I've already recommended it to others.

Fronted for Jenmat Productions a serial scammer of non-existing concerts that are always cancelled 3 days before they are due and rescheduled two months later but then cannot be found.

Affordable, Intuitive, and Actually Thoughtful

I loveee Ticket Tailor and everything (that I know) they stand for. I love that they’re a certified B-Corp, how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, and all the features it offers—memberships, box office, promo codes, email broadcasting. Most of all, I love the lower cost to sell tickets and the opportunity for charitable organizations to keep as much of their money as possible. The reason we use Ticket Tailor (and made the switch from EventBrite) is because they align with the values of our org and where we're doing. I really appreciate what they’re doing and wish them nothing but success and longevity :)

P.S. I’m officially a Ticket Tailor advocate now and tell anyone who hosts events to use their platform!!!!

Much better than the "Brighter" option.

I have used another "Brighter" option, here my experience seems seamless. I found to system easy to use and best of all I could use the 15 minute time slots to great effect. We operated a Charity Santa Grotto. I am from The Rotary Club of Maidstone, Kent. UK.
Easy to set up and easy to link to Bank and Social media. Customers scanned the QR code at the Elf desk and were in seeing Santa before you could say "Elf on a Shelf". Thank you Ticket Tailor.

Highly recommend!

I found Ticket Tailor easy to set up & great for updates. I will definitely use Ticket Tailor for all my events.

One downside is i would like to be able to sort in time order so that I have the check in list ready.

Exceptional Customer Service

Customer Service/Overall help is best in class by far. Chat bot is also exceptional and answers 90% questions quickly. Very dev friendly as well. Overall 10/10.

Ease of Use for both admin and…

Ease of Use for both admin and customers, Design and website integrations. Many Great Features! Would love attendees to be able to transfer tickets to different events without issuing a refund and repurchasing a new ticket (which involves more fees) and would love to see more development of the gift voucher options. Other than that can't recommend it enough!
