Ticket Tailor has been absolutely amazing for our events. The platform is incredibly seamless — both for us as organisers and for our guests. Setting up events, managing ticket types, and tracking sales is all extremely straightforward, and the interface is clean, intuitive, and reliable.
Our users consistently comment on how easy the booking process is, which makes a huge difference when running high-volume events. Customer support has also been fantastic whenever we've needed guidance, responding quickly and helpfully.

Awful
Awful, why can I not just search for the even I want to buy tickets for. And am steered to how great ticket tailor are and how cheap and easy it is to sell tickets. It is not just awful

We are a software provider that allows event organisers to sell tickets directly to their ticket buyers.
To buy tickets, you need to contact the organiser directly, either on their website, social media or through the advertising they used to share their event.

It's great, and has room for improvement!
The application is intuitive; easy to learn to use. There's a good amount you can use for free, with a few enhanced features, such as assigned seating, if you are willing to pay a little extra.
There are two things I believe could make the application better:
1. I would like to see would be a 'pay-what-you-can' feature. We are currently using a mix of a zero-tier ticket along with the renamed 'donation' feature. If there was a ticket type who's price could be adjustable by the patron in a similar manner to the donation feature, while simultaneously reserving a ticket for them, that would streamline the process.
2. It would also be nice to be able to see if someone used the donation feature in a quick overview without having to click through to the order summary, or even be able to filter orders by ones that have made a donation. It would make it much easier to see who has used the feature in our current 'pay-what-you-can' set up and who has reserved a standard free admission ticket.
Overall, a really good ticketing system that evolves with its users.

You thought of everything to make it so easy!
It was so easy to set up the event, sell the tickets, issue refunds, register guests upon arrival. It was great to have various ticket type options and it was SO SO SO helpful and appreciated that if we wanted to give free tix it was an option and that we qualified for a discounted fee bc we are a non profit. It was a great experience and I will absolutely use them again and refer when I can!

Customer satisfaction is great
I've been running workshop sign-ups with Ticket Tailor for 18 months now and have zero complaints from my customers, so that's a sign of a great ticketing system. The costs are reasonable, and the donation option for tickets is great for the kind of events that I run.
