I've had Tidal cleaning services clean…
I've had Tidal cleaning services clean my windows twice now and am very pleased with the service.
I like that I am contacted before the appointment to remind me of the upcoming clean.
You don't have to be at home for them to do their job and once the clean is done you get a text to say the clean is done.
The company is easy to contact and quick to reply to any communication

Rob always turns up when Tidal txt message says he will. Friendly and polite and cleans the windows, doors, velux and all cills and surrounds throughly. Even tops up my water container for steam iron. Very impressed with service.

Prompt and professional
Prompt and professional. I usually get a notification the day before confirming the window clean. You can also view when the next clean is due on the app and change the frequency etc. I’ve used a few window cleaners in the past but Tidal seems to be the most professional, reliable and best window clean and streak free of them all.

Great service. We are informed by text the day before the clean is due . All windows including velux in downstairs extension cleaned . Cleaning is thorough and somehow they stay clean for longer than they did with other cleaners . They do sills too. Really happy with this service and would recommend. Price is fair.
