It was very easy to arrange the first visit for our window cleaner. Miles did an excellent job, and was very pleasant too! We have set up a regular clean as a result of our experience.

I had just moved into my flat and my windows were absolutely filthy ! You could not see out of them and also all around the sills and top. Tidal done them immaculate 😀 I couldn’t have asked for a better service and excellent customer service.
And it’s great there’s an app to pay and to see when next clean.

I always found it difficult to get a good, regular window cleaner but really value the service from Tidal. Kevin is friendly, efficient and thorough. The app works well and I appreciate the text to tell me when he’ll be coming. Thoroughly recommend.

I find the service with Tidal really good. I have a phone call before my service date to confirm that it’s being carried out and an approximate time. Really good clean. Very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.

Tidal window cleaners are just the best!! They leave my doors and windows lovely and clean. There communication is great and even helped get my mams windows done. As she doesn’t have a phone to get in the app. They were just so helpful. Thank you I would recommend them
