Couldn’t find these tiles anywhere else to finish a job. Found them at tile mall ordered online picked up the next day. People were great and quick to get me the order. Will definitely buy from tile mall again

Exceptional customer service
Alisson looked after us during our selections, and we felt well supported in making decisions. They had metal swatches matching the finishes we’re using in our bathrooms, along with timber samples for the vanity, which made the choosing process easy. The shop had a calm, well-lit ambience, with tiles neatly organised and clearly labelled (including our samples). Our tiles arrived at the depot within a few days, and pickup was quick and simple. Highly recommend!

Easily ordered an extra box of tiles online after we miscalculated how many we needed for a project, and were able to collect from the warehouse shortly afterwards. Excellent service. Very easy website

Tilemall were efficient in supplying the tiles. They were very easy to talk to and helpful for any questions I had. I was a little confused about the “volume” of tiles ordered, from the website, but they were able to resolve that issue.

I'm not sure what bright spark decided to wrap my 5 sheets of tiles i ordered, because I have one sheet that hasn't been damaged, the rest have broken tips or chipped
