I completely understand your concern regarding the postage cost, especially as tile samples can be quite heavy.
Just to clarify, we provide all samples free of charge, and customers are only asked to cover the shipping cost, which in this case was $15 including GST. All of our sample deliveries are sent via Australia Post, and the freight charges are determined by their shipping rates.
We certainly understand that freight costs in Australia can be quite expensive, and we appreciate your understanding.

They have a beautiful tiles and very reasonable prices, unfortunately one of the tiles I really wanted was on back order and Klaus was so helpful in keeping me up to date on their situation and had them dispatched as soon as they came in, and he was the go to man when I ended up needing more, a real champ, thanks tilemall

I paid $15 for 2x sample mosaic tiles
I paid $15 for 2x sample mosaic tiles. The 1st sample of a mosaic penny round tile consisted of 4x penny round tiles (on a diagonal angle) out of a full sheet of 200+ tiles - impossible to use as a "sample".
The 2nd sample was of a fan/fish scale mosaic which consisted of only 2 tiles out of a full sheet.

We would like to clarify that the samples themselves are provided free of charge, and the $15 fee covers Australia Post shipping only. Due to the nature of mosaic products and the standard size of our sample packaging, mosaic samples are supplied as small cut sections rather than full sheets.
We understand that this may not have provided the level of detail you were hoping for, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how we communicate sample expectations for mosaic products.

Professional Tile service delivery
The tiles were sent immediately and arrived by Team Global driver who rang me before delivery. They were on a pallet all good condition after a long trip from Sydney to Qide Bay Queensland. Well done.

Good collection but delivery is slow
I placed order on 20/5/26 with Interstate courier booked in on 27/5/26. It's taken 5 days for invoice to come through and order is not yet delivered from Sydney warehouse to one of the Sydney suburbs. Not sure if I missed something, but was anticipating a quick turn around.
