Tile & Stone in Chelmsford we’re amazing and so helpful, all the staff are really friendly, special mention goes out to Kevin who went over and above to help me with designing the walls and floor of our 2 bathrooms, nothing was too much for him.
Excellent customer service by him and I can’t recommend enough the company.

Lovely friendly staff
Lovely friendly staff, no rush over deciding what I wanted or pressure. Finally decided on what I wanted, staff helped me work out how many I needed and kept me upto date with my order which was delivered exactly when they said.
Can’t fault my experience with this company would highly recommend

Great selection, very helpful.
Great selection, displayed well. Must mention Freya Whitehead who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, she listened to my ideas and worked with me to create a workable plan. She also went above and beyond with paper towels when I went out to find a seagull had made a target of my car ! Huge thanks, highly recommended!

Very helpful
The staff in the showroom are very experienced and helpful; their advice was well received. Samples were provided, for us to take home, which really helped tile selection. Tiles were available a few days from order and delivery was on time.
Would recommend.
