Tiles & Stone Direct Avis 

We bought the wall tiles for our bathroom from Tiles and Stone Direct and couldn't rate them highly enough. We're so indecisive but they offered opinions, did a visual AI generated image for us so we could picture the tiles in situ. All staff very friendly. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Excellent selection of tiles to choose from, willingness to negotiate on price for large quantities, very quick and efficient local delivery - all round delight at the choices of tiles I have bought.

Prompt delivery and exactly the right tiles, competitively priced. One was broken however and feel they should have been wrapped in something to prevent damage.

It took us a while to decide on our tiles and we returned a few times after borrowing tiles to try at home. The staff were very helpful but not at all pushy. We are very pleased with the service we received and would recommend them. 👍

Excellent customer service and even thought there was a slightly longer wait time that first told they kept us up to date with expected delivery and then delivered it for us. Knowledgeable and friendly staff Very happy with the service.

He proceeded the order very quickly and at a very competitive price.
Once the tiles were delivered, Matteo got in touch to check whether everything was to the right standards.

I have used Tiles & Stone twice in the past 16 months and would highly them. The have knowledgeable, experienced and professional staff who cannot do enough to help. In particular Freya was most helpful with her in depth knowledge of their stock, lead times and design advice. and

Helpful staff, nothings too much trouble. Just give them an idea of what you are looking for, if you haven't already seen what you want from the vast selection and they will happily show you a variety of tiles, you may not have seen or thought of for your project. Quick delivery from time of order and in our case we needed a few extra, which were available within days. Tiles are beautiful, very good quality and excellent value for money.

I had issues with some tiles that i had ordered from B&Q. I shopped around at a few places but couldn't find the right tiles.
I went to Tile & Stone in chelmsford by recommendation by one of my friends who had previously purchased some tiles. I cannot recommend this company enough, the staff were so helpful and i managed to find the tiles i needed and they also managed to get a bit of a discount.
I collected the tiles the following day, they were on the forklift truck ready waiting for me when i arrived, they loaded them in to the van for me.
If you are looking for good quality tiles, friendly and helpful staff then this is the place you should go.
