Very helpful staff
My order was v small but I would like to say how helpful the staff were on the day when collecting. I had not been to the yard before and found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgable and courteous.

Hi Zafar, I have our call logs from the morning of your order and can see we tried calling no less than 3 times between 9am and 11am. Your billing address from your click-and-collect order is nearly 300 miles away from our timber yard. If we did proceed with your order, then it would be non-refundable as it is a special order item.
If you did wish to proceed with your order, I am happy to offer a discount on the timber firrings as an apology for cancelling your original order. Please bring your original order with you, and I will ensure a discount is applied to your order.

This company is absolutely amazing, timber cost fraction of the cost of the big d.i.y retailers. I received delivery within 2 days of ordering. I will definitely get any timber I need in the future from nottage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would lol.

There was a problem with delivery which…
There was a problem with delivery which was the couriers fault, Nottage stepped in and sent a replacement immediately - product arrived and I was very impressed with the ease of assembly and quality - fully recommend these guys.

An honest update
This is an honest review and I will start by saying the product I ordered was absolutely fine and just as described. My issue was the lack of communication and updates as it was due to arrive between 2-5 working days and we hit didn’t I had to ring to find it was out of stock. There is a petal but it didn’t update and it took another call to find out it was going to be shipped the next week. I could have just been unlucky and I would use them again to be honest. The product was good value for money

Good quality and value
Website easy to use, ordered some PSE timber, delivery took a few days but I wasn't in a rush and saved me getting the car dirty. Driver was friendly and checked the correct quantities had been provided.
