Anisa at Tiney Cubs Tiney Home Nursery made my very shy son feel very comfortable right away and he has been able to settle in well, I am able to drop him off without any worry and fully content as a mum that he enjoys his time there and enjoys activities based around his interests and hobbies.

Tiney has been great to work for people on the platform are very supportive but the amount of information and links and resources you are getting is phenomenal but I can’t help be hungry and want more as being complacent with what you have is never enough but this is something tiney always offers listens to the reviews and staff survey and improves its site and app all the time.

Starting my training as childminder with Tiney has been nothing short of exceptional. We recently moved our daughter from nursery to Kendra at Sunflower Kids (Tiney Childminding), and it has been one of the best decisions we've made.

Despite attending nursery for over a year, our little one never truly settled, which was incredibly stressful for all of us. From the very first settling-in sessions with Kendra, it was clear we'd made the right decision. You can tell she genuinely cares about the children in her care and creates such a safe, warm, loving, home-from-home environment.

In just a few short weeks, the change in our little girl has been remarkable. Family and friends have all commented on how much happier, more confident and more relaxed she seems. The difference is genuinely noticeable, and it's been wonderful to see her thriving.

What I also really appreciate is that, although it has a lovely home-from-home feel, there is still plenty of structure and learning. Every few weeks the children focus on a different topic or theme, with a range of activities planned around it. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into helping the children learn, explore and develop, while still making it fun and engaging.

Knowing that our little one is happy, well cared for and enjoying her days gives me such peace of mind. Kendra has been welcoming, supportive and caring from day one, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything she has done already.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Sunflower Kids to any parent looking for a nurturing, caring and family-focused childcare setting.

We used our childminder from tiney for our autistic 4 year old. He was incredibly well looked after and loved every minute of it which is rare for him to find somewhere he enjoys so much and our childminder put us at ease with leaving him with someone but she made it so welcoming for him and gave him activities each day which he loved.

I can’t recommend Fadia Khan highly enough she provides a safe, caring environment, My son is always happy and excited to go, and I’ve seen such positive development in his confidence, Communication is good which gives me peace of mind throughout the day when he is away, the activities are great and engaging and tailored around my sons interests

I have really enjoyed working with Tiney as a childminder. Overall, I find the experience positive and I’m happy to be working with an agency that provides ongoing support.

The Tiney app is very convenient and makes many aspects of running my setting much easier, especially keeping records, managing contracts, communicating with parents and documenting children’s learning and development.

One of the things I particularly value about working with an agency is having additional support when questions or disagreements arise between myself and parents. It is reassuring to know that there is an organisation behind you and that you are not dealing with everything completely on your own.

Tiney also provides a good range of learning and professional development opportunities, which helps me continue to improve my knowledge and skills as a childminder. The training, guidance and resources are very useful in keeping up with Early Years requirements and developing my practice.

Like any organisation, there are always areas that could be improved, and I would sometimes appreciate more direct support with certain issues. However, overall, I enjoy working with Tiney and appreciate the structure, resources and professional support that come with being part of the agency.
