I have worked with tiney since 2023. Tiney gave me the confidence and opportunity to earn a salary while also caring for my own daughter at home. After years of teaching and no options for secure part-time work adjustments after having my own child, I was forced to face placing my child in full time care from 7.30-5 and making no income due to the expense. Setting up my home nursery was the best decision, and tiney have been a huge support with the business side of what was a daunting idea initially. I highly rate the community around tiney and would recommend them to any teachers looking for more work flexibility. I also highly rate the training for those whom teaching is not a previous experience.

Supportive agency, covers the areas that take up childminders time, so the childminders can focus on their job which is looking after of the children.

They are available and will respond to our questions when needed.
Give quality training, and are all about supporting this community.

I do appreciate Tiney greatly, in terms of giving the right support to the childminders under them, taking of some stress by doing some of the behind office job, of course errors do happens sometimes but not always, we all make mistakes, moreso the team have got alots to do from the calculation, to giving support to some individual, so definitely expect some mistakes but not what can't be corrected immediately.

My childminder wrap around service is amazing, I would strongly recommend Marie Hamilton’s nursery. I use the service to support the wrap around after school care for my child. After a busy day at school, The 1.2 ratio family engagement he receives perfectly supports needs.

The experience is great I’m still in hopefully to discover more great about Tiney , I got registered with Tiney and the process was so exciting , I really liked❤️ the fact that they check everything out to make sure that you’re someone Safe trustworthy to be around the children and also make sure that you have enough of knowledge by providing full park of training about working with kids and knowing all your policies where to go in case of any situation
I really recommend Tiney to everyone who has that passion for working with children and patience to build a strong foundation and understanding of being with children all along 🙂

I have been with Tiney since 2022 and it's the best think ever!
There is lots to say (only positive) but the app is amazing, the team very helpful all the time, and as a childminder I have enough time after work to look after my family, house and everything a Mum has to do!

Where do I start? Heidi is the most wonderful human, she does such lovely things for my son every day. Varied and exciting activities I just wouldn’t have time to think of let alone actually do! She is so caring and thoughtful. I never have to worry about him in her care I know he is always having the best day and is cherished and learning all the time. Thank you Heidi for all your work for him ❤️

I’ve just completed my registration and have been fully supportive all the way. All members of the team I’ve spoken to have been warm and friendly. Training has been clear and I’ve enjoyed my journey so far!

Overall, Mrs Fumi, is a lovely lady, she knows her job a s a minder, communication to children stands out for me, I can see visible changes in my child since she started with her.

We’ve been really happy with our experience with Jess and the Tiney app.
Our toddler has settled so well straight away when in another setting this really wasn’t the case. Jess is wonderful you can tell she genuinely cares about the children and takes the time to get to know them as individuals.
We receive lots of updates which is so reassuring and really settled us.
I love that she takes them on adventures and Ivy talks about them as soon as shes home. She hasn’t been attending for long, but can tell she has such a great time which is been amazing to see.
Overall, we feel really lucky to have found a place where our child feels safe, happy, and supported to thrive. Highly recommend!

We love our Tiney childminder Natasha. The whole experience has been excellent, from the professional and nurturing approach from Natasha, through to the convenience of the app to pay fees and get updates. I would highly recommend Natasha and Tiney!

We enrolled our son with Michelle at Making memories at the end of the summer last year- Michelle was extremely patient from the start- our son was very clingy towards his mum but with some guidance from Michelle he soon became well ajusted and now he absolutely loves going to his child minders! Michelle routinely takes the children out and completes a wide range of activities during the day with them all- I could not recommend her enough!

So far my experience with tiney has been amazing. Great training, when I needed help my emails were answered within 24hrs, my mentor Katie is so supportive and always there if I need help. Now I am fully registered the support keeps on coming with others too. I would recommend tiney to anyone who is wanting to start in childminding. The 12% is worth it with all the support you receive x

My baby started at about 14 months old at blessing Montessori in Dudley and i’ve been really happy with the experience.
From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, reassuring and the learning environment is very impressive which made the transition feel so much easier for her. She’s always looking forward to going back to nursery everyday.

Since the past few months she has grown so much in confidence and independence. We’ve also noticed a big boost in her language development, which has been amazing to see. It’s clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail goes into how the children are cared for, and that really put my minds at ease.

Overall, we feel really lucky to have found a place where our child feels safe, happy, and supported to thrive.

I found tiney to be very competent and proactive in processing all the paperwork. My advisor Carla has been amazing, responsive and helpful at all times, she has always been prompt in answering my queries and friendly. The pre registration call and visit were both so positive and both Annabelle and Angela me feel completely at ease.
The training with tiney is excellent and easy to achieve in your own time.
