Tiptidy Avis 

I booked Tiptidy Waste Removals to collect my sofa between 8–9am on Tuesday. By 9:30am, with no update from them, I finally received a message saying there had been an accident on the road and they would be there soon. They never turned up.

After that, they stopped answering my calls entirely and left us completely in the dark - all while we had a new sofa being delivered the same day and urgently needed the old one removed. Days later, I still haven’t received any communication or explanation from them.

This level of unreliability and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend using Tiptidy based on this experience.

Excellent service. Had some bin bags collected today. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Got the rubbish collection done in no time.

What lovely people. Plenty of clear communication, very conscientious. Two gorgeous young men carried 5 bulk bags and 2 heavy wooden crates crammed full of garden waste and made no mess at all.

I contacted Tiptidy via email and quickly received a response from Charlie who kept in regular contact. After sending a picture of the rubbish I needed clearing, I was quoted a very reasonable price for collection. Three days later it was cleared quickly and carefully. A very smooth process from start to finish.

It takes a lot for me to write an excellent review for anyone or anything! Could not believe how stress-less the whole thing was. I was super impressed at how efficiently Charlie managed the booking (fast & quote was reasonable) for the removal of my 3 seater chaise sofa - all timed well so that the new sofa arrived afterwards. The two people who came to do the removal were polite, mindful of wiping their shoes (as it had rained) on the mat and being very careful plus efficient in removing the sofa. Will definitely call them again!

One of the only companies in the area who are friendly, pro-active and transparent with their pricing. I called quite late in the day and was promptly offered a collection the next morning. The team were on time & came up to our flat to collect our furniture. Hassle-free and smooth collection with no issues. Refreshing to see such professionalism, all done with a smile. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I submitted the form online, had a quote the next day and my appliance was collected in a few days. It was quick, easy and all done via WhatsApp. Price was good, would recommend.

I messaged TipTidy about removing rubbish from my garage they asked me to send pictures from my phone and the quoted me a very reasonable price. A very pleasant man called Charlie arrived on the arranged day and time and did an excellent job in clearing all the rubbish, he was very good and swept up and tidied along the way. I would highly recommend this company for all your rubbish clearing needs.
