I rarely leave reviews but the customer service from TipTidy was so excellent I feel I must. I needed some garden waste cleared which had been an eyesore in my garden since the autumn. I found TipTidy using a google search and was a bit nervous about whether they would give me a fair quote and do the work properly as I had never heard of the company before and did not find them through word of mouth recommendation. I needn’t have worried. They returned my call within literally a minute. Brooke’s customer service was brilliant - she was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient, guiding me through their process and said they could get a quote to me that day and do the work within just a few days. She kept her word. It really was as smooth as that. It was easy and user-friendly communicating through WhatsApp. I received a reasonable, fair and prompt quote for the work needed and once I accepted, Brooke scheduled a date for the work to be done within just a few days and even updated me on the day to let me know a more exact time. The waste was cleared perfectly and I am relieved to have a clear garden again. Do not hesitate to use Tip Tidy. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Their service is excellent: smooth, efficient, fast, hassle-free and reasonably priced.

TipTidy did a great job of removing a whole bunch of waste items for us: old furniture, old equipment, and all sorts. They completed the job at short notice, and are extremely helpful and efficient. We are more than happy with their service, and will be using them again when the weather gets warmer, and we can sort out the garage and garden. Their prices are very reasonable as well.
