Recently had titan energy systems install our solar system had a great experience from our initial enquiry they recommended the best system for our house and usage.
Install was super efficient with installing in 7 days of agreeing to go ahead.
On the day the team were very helpful and had me set up and working on solar that day.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. The team at Titan were professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout.
I knew very little about solar energy and its benefits beforehand, but the team took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The whole process was straightforward, and the installation itself was smooth and hassle-free.

Battery query to install
Booked in for a call and went through all my options available to me with the guarantees and what the company offer. I’m a firm believer of don’t be cheap as you buy twice. The kit has great warranties and the company have that assurance they are there at the end of a call. Installation guys were brilliant, very neat and tidy work. The team are doing all the paperwork and notification of the DNO and then time to start saving money as they talk you through the different tariffs etc too. Great work and all installed in 5 days.

Solar panels and storage refurbishment
Now two months since Titan’s Bethany and Dylan helped me assess my then solar and battery set up and recommend a refurbishment. Titan then doubled my solar panel capacity, more than doubled my battery storage and made the whole set up much easier to manage and understand. I can now clearly see the savings I’m already making. I’m sure that will continue into the winter 🙏 Thank you Titan, and particular thanks to Dylan and Bethany.

Ghosted when problems started
Installation seemed to go ok but my first quarter electricity bill after I got an electric car showed by consumption had gone from zero to 150kWh per month. Looks like they’ve sequenced things incorrectly and my car charger is hooked up to the grid and not my panels or batteries. Through this would be an easy fix but no reply to 4 emails and no one is answering their customer helpline or the dedicated premium customer support number. Do not trust this company or its director Dale Gaucas - I assume this company will go under to be replaced by yet another phoenix company

We are sorry to see your review and would like to clarify the situation.
We have checked our records and can confirm that we have not received any phone calls or emails from you since the beginning of August. The most recent contact we have on record is from when you spoke with Leighton at the start of August.
During that conversation, we explained that if you had subsequently had an additional EV charger installed by a separate company, there was a possibility that the CT clamp associated with the EV charger had been installed incorrectly. An incorrectly positioned CT clamp can interfere with the operation and monitoring of the existing solar and battery system.
As the EV charger was installed by a separate company, any issue with its installation or CT clamp would need to be investigated by the company that installed the charger.
We are always happy to investigate issues with systems we have installed, but we need to be made aware of the issue in order to do so. As we have not received any correspondence from you since August, we would ask that you contact us directly so we can review the matter further.

11 kwh battery fitted

Our installation has worked perfectly apart from a few initial glitches.
Since it Was installed in March 2026 we have used virtually no mains electricity
An App lets us monitor the state of charge of the battery during the day. This works well but does not show our solar PV production.
We already had solar panels fitted 12 years ago and the new battery was installed alongside with no problems.
The battery was fitted neatly and the wiring was inconspicuous. The engineers were pleasant to deal with. Also Titan phone response is quick and pleasant.
Details:
11kwh Fox battery
Gateway (to allow uninterrupted power during a power cut)
Cost £6000
Existing 4kw solar panels(after 12 years old now at 90%) produced 48000 kwh
So far we have stayed with our existing electricity supplier (Fuse) and have only had to pay their standing charge and a tiny amount of electricity that the system seems to need amounting to about £1 per month. We will probably change supplier to 100Green Smart Tide tariff at 7p per unit overnight to top up the battery in the winter.
2 days after the system was fitted there was an unplanned 2 hour power cut in our village. There was a slight flicker of the lights as our battery cut in otherwise we would not have known.
Minor initial glitches
The engineers were due to arrive on a Friday but did not come until the following morning
They had obviously being called in on their weekend off and arrived with a young (well behaved) family member in tow.
Understandably they were somewhat rushed but nevertheless did a good job
They did not vacuum up and left rubbish behind including boxes unpacking materials
Also the explanation of how the system worked was very rushed.
Once the battery was charged it was not giving power to the house the following day.
An engineer called to fix this and took away the rubbish so we did not have to take it to the tip
A couple of weeks later we went on holiday for four days and came back to find the battery not working
Titan was able to fix this remotely and the cause may have been us turning off the router while we were away.
Titan seemed a bit disorganised at first and we were given wrong information that our existing inverter would be discarded and the new inverter would take its place. As our inverter is nearing end of life we were disappointed this did not happen.
a score of 4 stars is a little mean - maybe 4.5 out of 5

I was recommended by a friend and I…
I was recommended by a friend and I treated this process with a degree of scepticism.
The reality was an amazing experience from the highly qualified and friendly staff talking me through the process, costings, benefits and the downsides.
Fitters turned up as agreed at the right time and explained what they were going to do.
We took the benefit of including a battery pack. Unfortunately National Grid took 3 months to hook us up but, our bill to Octopus could now be zero. We have however reduced from £175 per month down to £60 just as a precaution to see how the winter goes.
So, currently Octopus are taking £60pm but, we are charging 2 electric vehicles and already we have been payed £140 back into our account from the grid.

KEEP WELL AWAY FROM TITAN ENERGY the lads on site are great.The office management is were the problems begin. All certifications are incorrect after they have tried to do 4 separate sets of certificates with multiple visits to my home they are still false and incorrect .When trying to contact the office they will not answer the phone on the rare accation you do manage to get someone you are told they will go away get some answers and call you back same day HA lucky if you get call back I'm still waiting 3 months on
Don't know how any company can supply certificates for a installation saying all is ok when there's faults on the installation but certs show all ok
Take note if you're interested in solar don't use Titan better off getting cowboys at least you know you going to get stuffed from the beginning

We arranged for the installation to be fully retested and, following those tests, provided you with a brand-new set of certificates. This involved additional time and cost to us, but we were happy to do so to ensure your concerns were addressed and that you were satisfied with the documentation provided.
This was completed for you some time ago, so we are disappointed to see that you still feel your concerns have not been resolved.
We can also see that your solar system is performing well, currently generating around 4kW of energy and providing a significant benefit to your home.
We always aim to resolve any issues our customers raise and are disappointed that, despite taking additional steps to retest the installation and issue new certification, you have still been left feeling dissatisfied.
