I have owned and enjoyed the sound sleep of my Titan Elite Plus mattress for two years. My folding foundation accessory had collapsed causing me to have undue back pain and irregular continuous sleep. I have bought a more stable foundation to replace the folding model.I encourage buyers research the necessity of having an elevated foundation. I look forward to blissful sleep again soon.

It was easy to checkout and pay. I would love if you guys contracted with a company to remove our old mattress.

I apparently was not paying attention when I was making my order. But after I already completed my purchase and was looking, I realized that I had ordered the wrong mattress. I contacted them two different ways, but it was after hours, so I had to wait until the next day. They contacted me the next morning and helped me with a solution. I was able to cancel the order and refund the payment. Then all I had to do was reorder the correct item, making sure it was the correct one this time. It was easier than I thought it would be. Such a relief to know that I am going to get the one I wanted. Thank you so much for the help.

The product may have broken. But they were extremely kind and helpful in processing the warranties and sending me replacements. Still waiting 2 weeks later to sleep on a bed that isn't broken. If you don't mind waiting or being stuck sleeping on something uncomfortable until the replacement comes. But the mattress was comfortable before the base broke.

If you’re on the fence because of the price, I look at it as an investment in recovery and sleep. We spend about a third of our lives in bed, and good sleep affects everything from training to work performance. So far, I’m waiting on my mattress to try it out.

Have yet to have a problem even when I immediately needed to cancel due to using the wrong card. They were prompt and helpful and refunded it immediately. Love them and the bed and frames are great and pretty sturdy. I love my plus mattress with the gel pad. I LOOOVVVEEEE it so much

Ordered a bed for the house now. I previously bought one for the truck, and honestly ive abused the hell out it, still comfortable, and no real lasting damage. Great quality, and considering the original is in amazing condition great price. Very comfortable.

A ChatGTP search came up with listed number 1 for cooling and low noise. Both exactly what I’m looking for. It’s a higher price than I wanted but if it does what it says I guess it is worth it.

Just ordered my mattress. Not sure why i am being asked to review already when shipping will be 5-7 days away anyway. I'm excited to try out a mattress for larger people finally. I have owned mattresses that sag within 3-4 years and it's very annoying so I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one. Easy to buy. Easy to use your FSA card with. All round Easy peasy.

Finding the mattress I wanted was very easy and I was given a very generous 30% off discount. I did some research online to find the best mattress for my situation and I'm confident that I did that. I also am really happy that these mattresses are made in the US and that they use green materials.

First of all, I REALLY wanted to try their Titan Plus Elite mattress. I did my research, and it was one of two mattresses I was considering. Here's the problem: I placed my original order on Memorial Day (5/25). It took about a week to manufacture (which I was fine with, I read that before ordering), and it was due to arrive at my house on 6/10. Fine-I live a long way from Arizona, no problem. Beginning on 6/10 and over the next several days, I get updates from Fed Ex that shipping was delayed, it will be delivered "the next day." I contact Fed Ex and find that there was a problem in shipping--product was damaged (apparently bad enough as they had to ask me who the original shipper was and what the contents of the package was). I gave them the information I had. I had not heard anything else about the package, so I contacted Titan Mattress company again on 6/18 (eight days after my original delivery date), to see what was to be done about my package. I supplied them with the Fed Ex information, and I re-ordered another bed. The agent said that this type of thing sometimes happens when they ship with Fed Ex, either suspected damage (as the mattress is a 150 lb bed-in-a box), or a shipping ticket that is damaged or cannot be read. I was asked what day I would like my bed by, and understanding manufacturing and shipping time, I suggested 7/1 as a reasonable time to expect my mattress. The agent handling the call at the time agreed that it should be a reasonable time, and they offered me a discount for my troubles. However....today is 6/30 and I hadn't received any notices about my order being shipped. When I called today to check on my order, an agent told me that it hasn't been manufactured yet...that it should be completed in 2 days, and then shipped out. Apparently, no type of rush was placed on my order, so I took a place in line as it were my first attempt at ordering a mattress.
My problem with this company is twofold:
1) If problems such as missing a ticket or damage to a mattress happen regularly (and I do not know how often, but the agent seemed to know the protocol for this situation quite well), then perhaps Titan should consider either changing the packaging to make it more durable, or perhaps print item information on the box itself as to minimize the several-day delay that is experienced when information about their packaging is needed; and
2) If someone has already been waiting 3 weeks for an order when it is determined that a re-order is needed, please consider moving them towards the front of the line so that they can get the product they originally ordered in a timely manner.
Truth be told, based on reviews of the product, I really still considered waiting another 8-10 days for this mattress. But my disappointment in how my situation was handled won out, and I have cancelled my order. If you decide to go with them, I hope you have better luck than I did! I'm leaving 2 stars because at least when I was able to talk with an agent, they seemed helpful and understanding of my situation.

Honestly I was looking for a new mattress for a while now and I prayed asking if I should even get one then the very next video was a video about titan mattress. So I'm pretty sure it was a sign to get one.
