The benefits look like they will fit me well. I was able to use Affirm and can submit this towards my FSA.

I think, I was continuously going to gemini asking for suggestion based on my weight, warranty and price. Better to include something like that on the website itself. This will improve the experience.

The integration with "Shop" complicated the order. It is for my wife's rental property, but i was paying and the name confusion made me have to cancel and enter the order as me, and the confirmation still went to my wife's email. Not as easy as it should be.

Love my Titan mattress from Brooklyn Bedding. I've had it over 2 years and it's still as comfy as the day I bought it! The cooling top is amazing and still works great too. The most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and being a bigger guy, I usually sink in, but not this one. Highly recommend!

Ok this bed is absolutely amazing! I honestly had a topper in my cart ready to go bc yanno..ordering online you can never tell..I’m a back, half on side half on belly sleeper and hubs is a side, full belly sleeper..I’m 160lbs and he’s 265lbs..we haven’t actually slept on it yet..we’ve still gotta get the frame set up and it’s still puffing..but basically ready to go..but this thing is OMG! Medium firm..the elite plus and I’ve never spent more than 600-700$ for a bed and they’ve all broken down within 2 years..so to spend 2k on a bed I was nervous af..but this thing is exactly as I’d imagine a cloud to feel like..I’ve had all my teenage children lay on it and they’ve all been in heaven..I cannot wait to sleep on this thing! The sides are pretty decent..I sat on it for about an hour on the side putting a stand together and it didn’t feel unstable..you sink in…just enough..not the I can’t move feeling or this is stiff as a board.my dog is sleeping soundly on it as I type this..! If you’re questioning comfort and your hopes is to sleep on a cloud..just take the plunge!

Oh! And it took just under 2 weeks to get came via fed ex..FedEx guy threw it off the truck lol I could hear him unloading it from the back side of my house..IT IS HEAVY!!!! I’m talking 2 people struggling..box came off when we got it through the threshold bc it was just too heavy for the box..but it’s wrapped so well..we’re talking…I said “no wonder it’s so heavy..it’s all this plastic!” lol and we lugged it no box just this big burrito of a 200 lb bed up 2 flights of stairs and we’re both sweating and out of breath by the time we got it up the second flight..

Unbelievably frustrating!!!!

Originally purchased the Titan Hybrid in September 2020. Initially the mattress was like sleeping on a brick. Since I am only 165 pounds, I added a 1 1/2 inch foam topper and that was perfect for me. I am a stomach sleeper. My back sleeping spouse is 285 pounds and he felt that the mattress was perfect. Fast forward to 2023. I needed a new mattress for my main bed at home and purchased the newest Titan mattress, the Titan Plus. I was so excited to unbox it and put it on the bed, as our old Helix had developed a significant sag.

The new Titan is very soft. Both of us sink into it and liken the sleep experience to sleeping in a bowl of Jello. Turns out the company has merged with Helix, who also changed their product line after my initial purchase (we were replacing the original Helix). The second Helix mattress I bought was also very soft. Seems to be a trend with this company.

Since I’m still in my 120 night sleep trial, they have agreed to pick up the mattress and refund my money. I will give them kudos for that. Whereas, the company Helix, was not so generous with the second mattress that I purchased from them. I understand Titan has had many complaints about their soft mattresses as of late. I sure wish they had not merged with the other company because they had an excellent product.
