To All My Black Girls Avis 

I was searching online for a wig to use for an upcoming family event and came across this hair brand. What really won me over was their name and the fact that they’re a black owned business.
As soon as I unboxed my package, all I could say was, wow! I wasn’t expecting them to exceed my expectations and the best part is that my order arrived right on time! I’m so loving my kinky straight wig and the free hair bonnet.

Very helpful and great customer service

Not what I expected for the price I paid, appreciate that efforts were made outside of the standard practice but I didn't request that and I would have preferred a more professional service. Was advised that the 'hair will fall out'. After paying £4/500. Hair was installed and that was it, not cut to style, just left as is... won't be returning but I hope this can be used to improve the business.

I don't mind paying the aforementioned price, if I'm getting service to match. Whuch unfortunately it was no where near a luxury service. Upon entering the space I was shocked to find that you would allow me, a client l, into it. It was a state and looked dirty, I didn't want to sit down. I remember you saying that I could have allowed my baby to come and sit with me for the duration of my appointment. Never in a million years would I have allowed that and infact if I bought my baby with me I would have cancelled on the spot once seeing the space.

It is what it is, I'm just leaving a review so you know why im not happy and so others can be informed.

This is my second order from Toallmyblackgirls.com and just like the first time, I love my order.

My first order was kinky straight which I bought a few years ago and dyed it a couple of years after purchase before turning it into a wig. It is still in a great shape despite not really looking after it well like normal girls do 😅.

This time around, I bought a 28inch pony tail and it is absolutely gorgeous.

I’m not very happy with my recent experience with To All My Black Girls. I recently bought 2x packs of 24” Brazillian Curly Wavy Wefts in the morning, pleased that the website said they were in stock and available for next day delivery. It wasn’t until that evening, when I had already booked for my salon appointment to install the hair, that I got a call saying that the items I’d ordered and paid for were not in stock. However, after speaking to a member of the theme they told me that as an alternative they could send me one bundle of 22” and two bundles of 20”. This was shorter than I had wanted to go with my style however I decided it was a fair compromise and asked them to confirm that is what I would recieve. However, when they went to send the parcel they informed me that I was actually being sent one 22” and 2x 18” bundles, without asking me about this further change, which I wouldn’t have agreed to. Not only is this shorter than I was looking to go by a significant amount but the difference between 22” and 18” makes for an inconsistent looking style, especially with curly hair. I was very dissapointed that they had made another change to my order and sent it off without asking me. They did partially refund me by about £30 and offer a full refund if I returned the products, but by this point I had booked in for the salon and didn’t have time for another appointment before leaving for a holiday.

The quality of the hair upon arrival was decent and would last maybe two installations but not more.

Needless to say this was a very frustrating experience that could have easily been solved with better communication and a more trustworthy website, though I do appreciate the team members I spoke with were trying their best to rectify the situation for me, it was a stressful experience and I won’t be ordering from them again.

The customer service I received from To All My Black Girls was phenomenal. I received poor quality kinky straight bundles from another company so was looking for a replacement from a credible company with quick delivery. After I placed my order online, I received a call from Anu to discuss what I wanted to achieve from my hairstyle and to make further recommendations. After hearing about my poor experience previously she even gave me a discount and triple checked my address to make sure there were no problems with the delivery! I also got some lovely clip-in samples and they wrote me a personalised note to remind me to cowash the hair prior to install.
It was a seamless process and I would recommend this company a hundred times over! I got the hair installed and ot has been great quality so far.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. I have bought so much hair over the years trying to find the perfect match for texture and curl pattern. Hands down to all my black girls answered all of my prayers providing the perfect match for my hair both curly and straight. I’m glad the ladies are BACK! Most importantly, never have I purchased hair that has lasted me 1.5 years! I will be back time and time again to this company. Great aftercare guide is included and the products arrive in beautiful packaging that you can store your hair in. Honestly 11/10 for me, the service and the team are a delight.

I have been toying with buying clip ins from this company and have been impressed with their customer service. I had speedy responses to my queries and clarification where needed. I am very confident the hair quality and colour service will match this.

I was a little hesitant to buy online but needed some hair quickly so ordered with next day delivery. The bundles arrived on time appropriately packaged. Used 1.5 bundles of kinky straight hair for a sew in bob. I dyed the hair using crème of nature in natural black as the original shade of the hair was too brown for me; the dye took really well. Once installed and blow dried, the hair looked beautiful and blended perfectly with my 4c hair. Hairstylist commented that it was beautiful quality. It seems a little expensive but as I will be able to reuse it, I think it is vfm. Overall, very pleased.

Just received my sample pack of the different curl patterns for the hair weft. Washed up very nicely and great quality to the hair. Excited to order more for my next project. I work as a wig maker for film and theatre and TAMBG hair is great. It has a lovely natural tone and the curl pattern stays, even after straightening and setting. It has a warm undertone which makes it very natural. Lifts to an orange that can be toned. Lightest I think you could go would be a caramel shade. Highly recommend this weft.

First time buying so was so nervous however communication was 10/10 I was fully informed, then the hair came and the quality was just amazing fitted so nicely with my hair and I feel so confident. The hair supplier reached out to me for any pics and complimented how good I looked and this was all thanks to her 🥰❤️ you have a customer for life now!

Anu was incredibly helpful in choosing my piece. It has now arrived and the hair is beautiful and very easy to use . Am planning on ordering another one
