TOCO warranty worked with my mechanic over the phone and approved his estimate to repair my SUV. As the contract holder the claims process and the repair was completed very fast.

Quick and easy
I had an issue with my SUV. The claim was submitted and approved the same day. The repair facility that I chose completed the paperwork and got it all approved without me having to make any phone calls or emails. I received a follow up call from.Toco to let me know everything was approved. Very happy with the customer service.

My experience with Aiden yesterday made this a 5☆review. Aiden gave me the open claim information asked if I understood everything, and then asked if I had any questions. He then made sure I had Toco's number and if I had any questions don't hesitate to call and ask for Aiden. Thank you Aiden/Toco

Dylan was AMAZING, HOWEVER!!!!
Dylan was AMAZING! He took his time and explained the estimate, parts, and informed me what was covered and not covered. Although he’s no mechanic, he helped me understand how each part worked. I appreciate good service and communication and Dylan definitely mastered it! However, the claim process is very long and dragged out. Despite codes, on going issues, and the part being covered, my claim was denied. The parts just can’t be bad, Toco is making me wait until the part completely fails before covering it which is dangerous as I’m having issues with the rack and pinion.
