TOCO warranty worked with my mechanic over the phone and approved his estimate to repair my SUV. As the contract holder the claims process and the repair was completed very fast.

Husband's work truck
It was my husband's truck and I was kept informed every step of the way. They sent the parts to the repair company and his truck was ready the same day after they got the parts he needed. I like the fact they kept in touch to ensure he was made aware. Been a customer thru the many cars we have had and will continue to be a customer.

Aaron was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable, has a great attitude and didn’t get frustrated with me and my questions. Aaron represents your company very well. At one time I was thinking about canceling my contract with your company because of a rude representative, but after talking with Aaron I stayed. He has the greatest personality and has always treated me with respect.

When I made the call to them they immediately started the process
When I made the call to them, they immediately took care of my problem and the process started. They called me to let me know that everything was approved and all that I had to pay was my deductible. They were very professional, courteous and friendly.

They were right there when I needed…
They were right there when I needed them. Concierge Aaron took the ball and I didn't need to do a thing except take my car to the dealer. They called him and he took care of it all. All I did was pick up my car when it was ready. Great company second claim after they had already paid for a computer glitch just about a month earlier.

The Manager Ms Dee
The Manager Ms. Dee went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. She took the initiative to get the approval of getting the much needed additional repair to our 2012 Chevy Cruze in the process saving us a tremendous amount financially. She showed genuine concern and empathy for us as long time customers regarding our vehicle. I initially had to use my Toco service…
I initially had to use my Toco service to have an air compressor replaced for my AC in early June and that experience was a nightmare. However, 2 weeks later my car was in need of another repair on the alternator and that experience went from 2 stars to 4 stars rating. The communication process of filing the claim... to requesting road service of towing my car to the car shop was much improved and professional.
