Wish I could give 0 stars for this scamming piece of garbage. Won 195.00 I can’t with draw until I deposit 49.99. I did now I can’t withdraw until I deposit 9.99 and complete some 32.96 to withdraw funds. Do not even think of trying this piece of trash out

There advertising is wrong. You can’t cash out. I have $240. In credit. In order for me to cash out they said to deposit $49.99 which I did. When I tried to cash out again it said deposit $19.99. This time I didn’t deposit. It said if there is a problem contact customer support. I have no way of getting a hold of customer support. They owe me $49.99. I want my money back and they can keep the $249. That is pending for withdrawal.

Scam. “Won” money but then told you can’t withdraw until you spend 5x that amount. Payment also went to two different merchants. Hopefully the bank dispute goes through

There is absolutely no way to contact anyone. If you get screwed or can’t get your load you’re just screwed.

Total scam and garbage, they make over turn whatever you gains are in 5 times before you can even withdraw anything so by the time you close you end up keep playing cuz you never get to the amount is a trap so you keep spending your money

They took my deposit I made to collect money I had won. Then blocked my number I registered in on so I couldn't get back in. Little do they know I have saved all photos showing my deposit. I reached out to them and they blocked me. Do not play on their site. I played on free money and won over 100 dollars. To receive payout it stated I had to purchase a package so I did. It stated quick release with a purchase. Well nope it wants me to purchase more packages. With my purchase they started me over with the purchase money amount. Well I won off that also. Not much because I didn’t want to lose any more money so I stopped small. I can not get my winnings from even my own money. Now they owe me two winnings. It stated I had to claim my daily log in bonus of a dollar which I had already done. I sent them a message and they replied to screen shot where I made the purchase and time and date. Which I did. They said to give them time to investigate when everything was right infront of them. Now I have issues getting back in to check messages. When I did get back in finally after using a different up source (my iPad) they still have not given me my winnings. I am completely furious that they are allowed to stay in business doing people like this.

The game was going good at first… I deposit and played and won ..when I spend more played more and won 18,000 my withdrawal limit was 200 so I withdrew 200 I received it ,the next day my 18,000 was deleted and said basically was a issue with the system and gave me 100 for inconvenience until the problem is solved didn’t receive that 18,000 yet .. I played again with that 100 and won withdrew 200 received that the next day tried to withdraw again it was rejected and rejected now im being ignored…. Why take people money but have problems paying them when they win…

Well I won 59 and I wanted to withdraw it by paypall and it said that they were available for withdrawal but it only let me get 30 I kept playing with the 20 and I won 100 and now it doesn't allow me to take it out it says that I have 0 to take out and that I have to do wagering but why if indont have any bonus, so im looking for how to chat and ask them but i cant find any info ask them now im thinking is scam

Would not let me cash out payments to my bank failed every time putting the refunded money into bonus and requiring play through again I waisted tons of money on this app before I discovered this don’t get scammed like me

OK look I didn’t get my money that’s a whole different point now I really think they need to have way better customer service because I never even got an answer from either one of the ways that they have to contact them which is telegram and WhatsApp so they really don’t even have customer service or support

Man, everything was going good. I was winning some and losing some as usual and I made a couple withdrawals and now randomly I tried to withdraw $50 today and two hours later. It says it is successfully deposited, but I never got a penny of it and then about an hour later, somebody sent me 10 out of it that’s it $10 and then they try to get me to send the money back because I kept requesting the other $40

I simply have to give it 5 stars. Maybe I’m just lucky, or having reached the “scam” part yet but so far I’ve been able to put in minor amounts, claim my daily bonuses and vip bonus (up to vip 4 now!) and I’ve been able to withdraw a dozen times now at least. All minimum of $30, but as soon as I see my withdrawable balance reach $30+ I do immediately and then I continue playing with the rest. This has resulted in me OVERALL spending less than they have paid out to me. I don’t think I’m just lucky, I think they have their website really well designed. I even was able to withdraw $30 after winning off of the consolation $3 they give you EVERY DAY if you run out of funds. So if you know what you’re doing and smart about it, you can definitely earn yourself a free lunch every couple days. I do hope they continue operating this way. I wonder if they like me because I play daily, but I don’t think I have any favoritism considering I’m by no means a whale spender.

*UPDATE:now that they know I left a poor review they changed my minimum withdrawal limit to $300 lol!THEY ARE TRULY THE WORST.
*Gambled plenty and given them a fortune. They constantly won’t release my winnings. And I’m not talking about their fake beginner bonus money either…I deposited a BUNCH of my actual money and won’t let me withdraw my winnings and THATS WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT begins to ignore you. Do yourselves a favor and take your money anywhere else.
