Die Software macht aus meiner Sicht nicht das, was sie im Arbeitsalltag eines Handwerksbetriebs leisten sollte. Weder die App noch die Desktop-Version sind wirklich alltagstauglich. Viele Funktionen wirken unausgereift und arbeiten nicht zuverlässig, sodass ein effizienter Einsatz kaum möglich ist.
Besonders problematisch ist die Verknüpfung von Daten und Belegen. Verbindungen funktionieren häufig nicht stabil, und das Arbeiten im Offline-Modus birgt das Risiko von Datenverlust. Auch die Angebotserstellung wirkt nicht professionell umgesetzt – grundlegende Dinge wie saubere Seitenumbrüche sind bis heute nicht zuverlässig gelöst.
Der Funktionsumfang wirkt auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, jedoch scheitert es aus meiner Sicht an der technischen Umsetzung. Statt bestehende Probleme konsequent zu beheben, werden neue Funktionen eingeführt, die oft dieselben Schwächen zeigen.
Der Support ist bemüht, kann die grundlegenden Probleme des Produkts jedoch nicht kompensieren. Hier entsteht der Eindruck, dass Feedback zwar abgefragt wird, aber nicht konsequent in stabile Lösungen umgesetzt wird.
Angesichts des Preises erwarte ich eine deutlich höhere Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit. Aktuell führt die Nutzung eher zu zusätzlichem Aufwand und Frust als zu einer echten Arbeitserleichterung.
Ich werde mein Abonnement auslaufen lassen und mich nach einer zuverlässigeren Lösung umsehen.

Leider bin ich insgesamt sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit ToolTime. Im Verkaufsprozess wurden mir wichtige Funktionen zugesichert, die für meinen Arbeitsalltag entscheidend sind und auf deren Grundlage ich mich für die Software entschieden habe. Im Einrichtungsgespräch stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass einige dieser Funktionen gar nicht vorhanden oder aktuell nicht umsetzbar sind.

Auch die Kommunikation im Anschluss war enttäuschend. Mir wurde eine Rückmeldung und Klärung zugesagt, die bis heute nicht erfolgt ist. Dadurch habe ich mich mit meinem Anliegen nicht ernst genommen gefühlt.

Aus meiner Sicht ist es problematisch, wenn im Vertrieb Leistungen dargestellt werden, die später in der Praxis nicht verfügbar sind. Ich hoffe, dass hier künftig transparenter kommuniziert wird. Unter diesen Umständen kann ich die Software aktuell leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

My initial experience with ToolTime UK was excellent especially while using a demo version of the software. I was quickly convinced that the full system would be beneficial and I subscribed to their 'contract'. I quickly realised (days after signing up) that the software didn't meet our businesses needs and some of that stemmed from key features such as Xero integration not working - the advice I was given 'speak to Xero or change your browser'.

Anyway, after telling them on the 12th September that I wished to terminate my agreement, I eventually received a response on the 24th September telling me that I'm signed up for 12-months and terminating is not possible.

When you are in charge of the software and are receiving monthly payments I can assure you that terminating is certainly possible.

I would hate for anyone to be dragged into the same mess I am now in for a system that is missing some pretty key features compared to their competitors.

Extrem kompliziert, absolut kein Entgegenkommen. Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich habe mich leider zu einem Kauf, bzw. Abo auf Basis der Vorführung überreden lassen.
Hat sich nach dem Abschluss schnell als ein großer Fehler herausgestellt.
Das Programm ist "sehr primitiv" aufgebaut und bitte keine "normalen" Funktionen, wie z. B. extra Texte-Datenbank, wo man z. B. eigen Hinweistexte, AGB etc. speichern und später einfügen kann. Briefbogen Gestaltung lässt nur ein Logo einfügen. Wenn man z. B. andere Zeichen einfügen möchte, nicht möglich. Aufmaß kann nur über die App eingefügt und kann später in dem Angebot, bzw. der Rechnung nicht mehr geändert, bzw. korrigiert werden.
Für Betrieb die mit fertigen Leistungen arbeiten, wie wir, ohne Material und Lohnkosten getrennt einzugeben nicht geeignet, weil es nicht möglich ist.
Bei der Terminvergabe an Mitarbeiter kann als Adresse nur die Rechnungsadresse mitgeteilt werden können. Sollte es sich um ein anders Objekt handelt, kann es nicht mitgeteilt werden.
Mein Fazit: Für eine ein Man Betrieb, dass ohne Aufmaße und extra Informationen für die Kunden arbeitet, wird es ausreichend sein. Für Handwerksbetriebe, die auch was nachträglich ändern wollen völlig ungeeignet!!!

Über die Software an sich kann ich nichts sagen, da wir bis jetzt nur eine Vorführung hatten. Mich hat aber der "unverbindliche Vorführungstermin" abgeschreckt. Nach einer oberflächlichen Erklärung der Software wurde mir der Vertrag regelrecht aufgezwungen. Die Stimmung des Verkäufers wurde nach meinem anfänglichen zögern recht "aggressiv". Ich habe dann noch Bedenkzeit haben wollen. Zwei Tage später rief er an und hat nachgefragt, ob ich die Software kaufen nun möchte. Als ich abgesagt habe, hat er ohne Kommentar aufgelegt.

Absolutely solid sales demo with Dan. He was able to answer all my questions....easy. Since setting up, I've saved myself hours of sitting, on an evening or a weekend, painstakingly going through all my jobs making sure everything's up to date. Now I just do it as I'm on site. The app is great for that...... it's just set out with exactly what I need on site..... noting down my measurements, adding materials and my photos etc. Absolute game changer taking photos in the app!!! Camera roll no longer clogged up with site photos.....

Great product, very well built and easy to use. The mobile app has been great for the team, so I can be less hands on on site and give them more freedom to get the job done.

We used another system for a bit, but find the documents from ToolTime are much better as they are branded as our own and the mobile app only shows the guys what they need to see.

The sales process was smooth, Lewis was clear around the commitment involved and even though the price was a little higher than what I was using the improvements were worth the extra cost.

The implementation process with Laura was even better than expected - uploading all of my customers and helping me populate the material list.

Great software solution for service & customer management. However, misleading pre-sales information given, no cooling off period or cancellation option offered or given. An unexpected financial situation meant my small business was not able to afford the investment in this software. Tool time refused to discuss my situation and would not help by delaying/cancelling the subscription while I sorted the problems out. The sales team quoted their terms and conditions which were 1 year subscription with no cancellation option or cooling off period. My struggling business has had to pay £840.80 over 12 months causing serious financial problems. Even when I cancelled the payment, a new payment was taken from my debit card. Barclays said there is nothing they can do to help. Tool time are supposed to support small businesses and help productivity but their uncompromising and hidden terms are actually extremely damaging to small businesses. Appalling company ethos not about helping small businesses but about making money for themselves. Disgusting .

Ich habe ein Abonnement bei Tool Time abgeschlossen und möchte mein Bedauern über diesen Schritt und die extrem schlechte Servicequalität ausdrücken. Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit anderen Selbstständigen teilen, damit sie nicht auf dieses Unternehmen hereinfallen.

Ich habe mich für das Solo-Jahresabo entschieden, welches laut Aussagen des Unternehmens mit einem Rabatt und einem attraktiven Angebot kam. Ich zahlte 902,50 €. Nach zwei Wochen war ich extrem enttäuscht: das Programm ist schlecht, bietet nur Rechnungs- und Angebotsfunktionen, und ist sehr kompliziert in der Anwendung. Jedes Mal wird nach dem Passwort gefragt, und selbst wenn es korrekt eingegeben wird, erscheint eine Fehlermeldung.

Bei Problemen dauert es oft mehr als zwei Stunden, bis eine Antwort per Nachricht kommt – und die Lösungen sind ineffektiv. Wenn ich anrufe, wird mein Anruf, da meine Nummer im System gespeichert ist, nicht entgegengenommen, egal wie oft ich es versuche.

Meine Empfehlung an alle Unternehmer: Finger weg von diesem Anbieter! Es gibt Alternativen, die zum halben Preis einen wesentlich besseren Service bieten, mit respektvollem Kundenservice und umfangreicheren Funktionen.

Nothing was too much trouble, everyone I spoke to was interested in what I wanted to use the app for. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and offered future support should I need it.

Since having the demo talk with Dan and then the onboarding process with Laura the system just seems to be getting easier to use can’t thank the pair enough with there help and really explaining how everything works with ease may I add

I recently purchased this software from tooltime, the experience was A***. The customer service is top-notch, and the training was excellent. The software works perfectly and meets all my expectations. Highly recommend tooltime for their excellent service and quality product.

Its always a bit of a transition moving across to new software and ensuring jobs are correct and customers not let down but it was really easy, support staff where a great help as in the early days we had a lot of questions and the response time was really quick, overall an excellent service and the software is great, we're not using it to it's full potential at the moment but hopefully we will in the future, it's made our booking system much more efficient and saved a lot of time in man hours

They are very customer-driven, I have had a lot of support starting out on their software. It is much easier to keep track of my work load

This is a very good and easy system to use. Really helpful sales and Laura on the training call was very helpful and informative. Can’t wait to get my team set up using Tooltime.

I was in the market for a software that can really help our company become more efficient and speed up processes within the company but also have a clean modern user interface which is easy to use.
After meeting with various companies and having demos, Tooltime really stood out for as they had check all the requirements I had but they also went above and beyond by finding out more about my business and making sure the system was the right fit for us, it wasn’t a hard sell, there was no pressure to buy.
I had met with Daniel for this process and then it was a seamless transition to Laura, our trainer, who was great at showing us how everything works and answered all the questions we had. She took time in going through things and made sure we were all ready to go before she left.
The support the have and will provide reinforces that Tooltime was the right choice for us.
