I bought the 45” kids set

I bought the 45” kids set. The arrows are not good quality and broke after one go. Do not recommend.
I contacted the company with evidence of the faulty arrows and they refunded me £4 despite the set costing £29.99!
I have not had a reasonable response as to why they deemed it appropriate to not offer a full refund.

Ordered a bow in 2023.

Ordered a bow in 2023.

Tracking said it had been delivered when it hadn't, told TopArchery, they said I needed to contact the local post office. I did, they didn't have it. Contacted TopArchery again and they never responded, like they deleted me from their CRM.

An example of an abysmal business, working under the guise of caring about their customers. I've been well and truly mugged off. Where is the £130 I spent? Why did you just ignore me.

Arrived already frayed

The bow string arrived already frayed. It would be too dangerous to even attempt using.

New archer

New archer, bought 60" TD recurve and arrows etc. Flawless products, bow is superb & bang on 40lbs @ 28". Delivered in 8 days from China! I've checked for limb twist, bad workmanship etc, and can't find a thing. Love it, and with the help of YouTube, I'm hitting very tight groups after just 2 weeks.

Missing items

So far, I only say that because I just received what I thought was the remainder of my order today, and have yet to try the products out. However, for what I did receive, it appears to be fairly decent quality for the price. With that being said, someone in the warehouse needs to learn how to count. The broadheads I had ordered were advertised as a 12 piece set. Unpackagaging, I found 1 solitary broadhead. Minor inconvenience more than anything, yet I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. Email sent requesting the other 11 or a refund for that portion of my order.

Trash item

Trash item. Came broken in the box, Immediately sent pictures to customer service. They told me that they were convinced that I had dry fired the bow.... The bow hadn't even been strung.

This limb's crack was caused by "dry fire", because there was no arrow to release the force, and this force rebounded to the bow tips and cracked it.

Great value can’t beat the cost similar…

Great value can’t beat the cost similar areas that have a great cost point, I think these are the better choice then using these for a while they don’t mark their spine on the arrow so you have to remember I remember what the color. Good value on their higher and bows as well .

Shipping was fast, and the bow is beautiful. The draw weight is off by a considerable amount, however. I ordered a 70lb bow and what I received pull back at 55lbs at 28" and a little over 60lbs at 32". I'm a little disappointed by that, but again, the bow is beautiful and well made.
