Highly Recommend TopCashback! Great customer service!
I have been using TopCashback for 2 years now (most recent purchase was in Oct 2025) and I am very impressed with the company. I can easily submit a missing cashback if it didn't track and the company also matches other cashback sites with their highest cashback guarantee. On top of all this, I can also message Tightarse on OzBargain website who is the TopCashback representative and he is so quick and responsive in all my enquiries. I have also alerted them to codes listed on the website that are not working and they immediately generate another one if it is business hours. Very impressed with the customer service. Please be assured that there’s nothing deceptive about our process — cashback is only paid when the retailer confirms the purchase through their tracking system. Sometimes, a decline can occur if the retailer’s data shows that the purchase didn’t meet all their terms (for example, a return, cancellation, or another referral source was used), but we’re always happy to look into it further for you.

Too many not registered or declined cashbacks
Out of twelve potential cashbacks since the start of this year:
- Nine were successful.
- One click to Amaysim was recorded but the subsequent purchase not recorded.
- One click to Econnex was recorded but payout declined many months later after going through TopCashbacks claim process. It was falsely stated that a voucher or rebate code was used.
- One payout from Tangerine was declined for unknown reason. No burdensome claim process was started in this case. It just seems not worth the time investment.
In all the offered service is cumbersome and buggy and dispute resolution solely depending on the goodwill of TopCasback.

We’re glad to hear that the majority of your cashback transactions have gone through successfully, but we’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the few that didn’t. We completely understand how disappointing it can be when cashback doesn’t track or gets declined, especially after a long wait.
In all cases, cashback depends on confirmation from the retailer’s tracking system — which means any missing or declined transactions are usually due to the retailer’s data showing that terms weren’t met (for example, a voucher or code was applied, or the sale was attributed elsewhere). That said, we empathise if the process feels cumbersome, we’re actively working on improving both tracking reliability and claim resolution speed to make it as seamless as possible.

Great app that has a nice layout and is easy to navigate! Excellent retailers available for cashback. I love that there's no withdrawal minimums so you can cash out whenever you like! Great referral bonuses too!

TopCashback is the new Cashrewards - Love it!!
I was bitterly disappointed when Cashrewards shut down as I had cashed out more than $700 over the years in savings and rebates. That was until I saw a massive post blow up on ozbargain.com
Made a few purchases, Referred some friends and just made my first cash out today. Easy, Simple and I'm a happy camper!
