TopCat Window Blinds Avis 

All in all, a pretty poor experience with Topcat blinds.The first set of vertical blinds were too long and were dragging on the window ledge.The second set were far too short. You know they're short when your hubby keeps making comments about the budgie dying! Today was 3rd time lucky!
Onto the roller blind in the bedroom. Width wise, it was 3 inches shorter than the blind it replaced - the old blind was still up there when it was measured so there's no excuse for the confusion. I wasn't greatly impressed at the damage to my wallpaper being on show where the old fittings had been removed and the new fittings had been placed further in. Surely you would measure the blind that is up and put the new fittings over the old ones?
So, after the 2nd set of verticals had been fitted and were too short, I complained and was told they would be in touch to fit new blinds. I waited and waited and eventually phoned head office to be told they had no record of a new fitting.
I was not happy but agreed that a Sales Manager would come out and have a look because I'd already had 2 replacement sets. I waited in on the scheduled day, and waited, and waited. Eventually i phoned the Glasgow office to be told that the appointment had been cancelled as they felt it inappropriate to send a Sales Manager when the problem was in the fitting. I then had to arrange for a Fitting Manger to come out. Credit where it's due, he was very good and I now have blinds i'm happy with.
Would i use Topcat again though? Unfortunately no. I phoned today to pay the balance and told Elaine at head office that they had a cheek taking my final payment after all the hassle I've had. The reply was that she didn't know anything about it and frankly that just about sums it up!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Only had to contact them twice regarding issues and twice I’ve experienced the worst customer service from from their manager. Prices were very reasonable but no excuse for being treated like an inconvenience when I’ve clearly been sold a substandard product. Would absolute avoid this company.

So disappointed by the quality of the roller blinds I have just purchased, and also by the fitting of the blinds. Once they have your money, your just a nobody to them. I would never recommend this firm to anyone

Just had my conservatory fitted with faux wooden blinds by Topcat Blinds. Very pleased with the overall experience. Was advised the order would take a fortnight to be ready but in the end they were fitted a few days ahead of time. The fitter did a great job and it feels like I’ve got a new conservatory!
The company keeps you well informed throughout the process and I’m happy to recommend this company.

No fuss no mess ,discreet and i would recommend to anyone.
