Ordered on line, poor or little communication
Ordered on line, got notification of order, but no notification of ready for collection, telephone twice to enquire if ready for collection was not able to speak to individual who could tell me, sent email to enquire, and did eventually receive an apologetic email, I drove to Toss Bryan,s premises eventually despite no order collection confirmation, had to wait 20 mins before eventually they gave me my order.

Poor service, but item is OK
I placed an order on the 12th. Their website says, “ e deliver our large items 5 days a week between Monday and Friday and will always aim to deliver between 3-4 working days. In more remote areas this could extend beyond 4 working days. After you place your order, a member of our online team will be in touch with an estimated delivery date.” I had no contact from them other than an order confirmation email until I followed up the 19th. No one replied to my email inquiring about order status; however, I did receive a shipping tracking notice. In the end, I received my item and everything was fine…except the service.

The website was easy to navigate and we were able to find the appliance we needed. We decided to collect the item as delivery would have been up to 2 weeks following the Christmas break. We had to wait 30mins outside for the appliance to be brought out to us. This delay was inconvenient.

Poor click & collect service but good quality products
Not impressed as I had to go twice ( over 2 days ) to the shop to collect my order , poor communication.
Still I like their stock so I will go in person with no online order from now on .
