5 Star service - Over and above for customers.
I ordered some tiles here as I was let down by a tiling company and we had a tiler lined up the following week. The customer service team were second to none, chasing up the supplier, keeping me updated as to their progress and letting me know as soon as the tiles were delivered.

Lawnmower: nice quick delivery
I was let down by another (bigger) company who didn't deliver my lawnmower. Found Toss Bryan by accident (well it's on the main road out of Fermoy so you can't miss it), and they had a massive range in the shop. Ordered one online and it arrived within 3 days via a local courier. Very impressed, thank you! (I bought some fantastic bedding plants there, too.)
