Easy replacement of damaged item
5 stars because my item came out of the box broken, but to be fair they were extremely helpful and organised a collection and swap within 2 working days.

I ordered a fire stove of toss Byrnes,next day got call sold out. Instead they offered me a alternative, which was perfect. Within 24 hours the stove was delivered from cork to wexford.geradine the lady I dealt with ,very pleasant and knew about the products. Outstanding service,fast response,and delivery service outstanding even the drive was very well manored and pleasant. Highly reccomend to anyone.already have passed on there details to someone who fits them as customers are finding it hard to get the particular brand. I'll be defo purchasing other stuff from them in future.ty geradine for ur pleasant fast service
