Excellent service, order was delivered on time and was as described. Unfortunately, despite seemingly secure padding, a bit had broken off the chair during transport (the piece was still there so clearly didn't happen before postage). Managed to glue it back on though so no need for return.
Update: thanks for the offer to swap, appreciate that. It's repaired though and perfectly usable so there's no need. Thank you though.

very efficient and great customer service
We ordered our dishwasher on Saturday and got it on Tuesday. Very efficient. The courier refused to take away our old machine, but when we got onto Toss Bryan, they sent someone to collect the next day. We are very happy with their customer service!
