From my first contact with Harry to agreeing the design, ordering and receiving the tote bags the customer service was excellent. I changed the design and added words however the advice was right and the finished product is just as I imagined it would be. Very good quality material and the print (in full colour) brilliant. would highly recommend!

Great service from proofs to delivery. (but do bear in mind, if your order is large it gets delivered on a pallet which you have to move yourself!) I did my workout that day for sure!!

We have ordered before with totally branded and they were amazing the first time, the second time was a bigger order, we order some bottle and they had all sold out when we paid which was fine but when i changed the bottle to a different one there was no conformation after that so i didn't know that they had gone ahead with them bottles until i got the date for when i will get them. It just annoying when i am being quoted there customer service is amazing as soon as you place the order it went a little downhill.

We placed an order for branded totes. I had trouble uploading the artowrk online so completed the order directly with Jack Hansen in the sales team, who was very helpful. Follow up communication about the status and delivery of my order was excellent. We are very happy with the completed items, which look great and are a very reasonable price.

Absolutely wonderful service and product from Totally Branded, for an order of coffee mugs with our department logo.
