Requested customisation of one of the products online and had a quick and positive response with a revised quote. Received proofs very quickly and delivery date would likely have been even more speedy if it hadn't have been for a bank holiday. Kept informed throughout and great quality product!

Good overall experience

This was my first time ordering from Totally Branded and it turned out to be a really positive experience from start to finish. I always communicated with just one staff member which meant I never had to go through everything all over again. Harry truly went above and beyond to help me find the right products. He even provided some great advice about the artwork as I was supplying it myself and made the entire process completely effortless. Harry was incredibly polite, nice to work with and answered all of my queries quickly. I actually double-checked a few things they had stated just to be absolutely sure everything was correct, but he was completely transparent and reassuring throughout. No question was ever any trouble for him. I would definitely use them again without hesitation. Thanks Harry!

It was a great experience as they pulled of a pen production last minute when nobody else could. thank you team!

The wrong order was sent to me the day before I needed the stress balls for an event. This meant that there was only time for a proportion of them to be reprinted and sent direct to the event. I received an refund for the remining units but no compensation not even offered a discount on my next order! The team were great at communicating but this was very inconvenient.

Price was good, translation of artwork into enamel was really accurate - including using the exact pantone colours we asked for, and final quality of the badges was excellent. All in all, it would be fair to say we are delighted with the product. We'll almost certainly be back for more, as these are going to sell out in no time. Thank you.
