From start to finish this company are simply brilliant. It was very reassuring having Simon come round to take us through the process and know that he wasn't simply another cog in a wheel that you'd never hear from again like with the bigger companies. The shutters came on time, are excellent quality and the fitter was superb. My only regret is that it's taken me four months to write this review. Totally Shutters are fantastic.

We were recommended to Totally Shutters by our friends who also had had a loft extension. Price was very competitive for the window in our loft that we decided to have our bay windows in our living room re-done too. We were kept informed of manufacturing of shutters throughout. Installation was smooth and fitter was very polite, professional and tidy.
Great service and will use TS again when we have our daughters bedroom windows replaced.

Really pleased with the shutters and the service. They came and measured everything before we bought them. They then gave us updates every 2 weeks on the status of our order. And installation was quick and seamless for us. He did our bay window in about an hour and left no mess.

The Experience from start to finish was great, The customer service was admirable! They supplied me with 4, 6 and 10 week updates as it takes a while for the manufacturing. at the same time I was also expecting some other updates on other works, unrelated to the shutter fitting. I managed to confuse this message as one from Totally Shutters! I called their offices..and Tina in their offices calmy checked if i had been contacted and seemed quite concerned and basically advised that Totally Shutters would not have contacted me in that way..Tina took the number which called me and checked further. It Turned out that i had totally confused myself and it was totally my error, but the fact the Tina thoroughly checked on their end which i felt was thoughtful! As for the fitting, the fitter turned up on time, respected my place did swift tidy job! Job done so 4.5 stars! It would have 5 if he'd turned up with Tea Cakes... only kidding 5 stars, It so turned out at the same time when i was investigating who to use that a friend of mine was also looking for a company, they got theirs done before me, and when i checked in with them.. they advised just as much satisfaction as myself! By the way only kidding! They get the BIG FIVE STARS, the service was all good with me.

Simon who visited to offer a free quote was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered free comprehensive advice to help us make a decision on design, colour, slat size and opening style.
The shutters arrived perfectly on time and installation was booked for two days later. Connor the installer was brilliant and very friendly.
Very satisfied and will recommend to others interested in having shutters installed locally.

Great experience with Totally Shutters from start to finish. Simon was more then helpful and explained how the shutters would look when measuring and quoting and once the order was placed we received regular updates on the progress of the order. Once fitting day came, Conor was incredibly professional and set about his work with minimum fuss and made the install look easy.

They were helpful from the start to finish, the gentleman who came to take measurements was very helpful and took the time and care you would hope for. They were also very accomodating and understanding when we had to postpone installation for quite some time. They called us afterwards to make sure all was ok and sent us some small things we needed almost immediately. Really recommend
