Very good service, always responsive re any queries and quick and professional installation of the blinds. We have used Totally a couple of times and would certainly go back if we needed any more shuttters.

Just to say how happy we are with our Shutters!
My Mother-in-law had them fitted first and was so pleased with them that we said when we moved home we would have them done too!
Tina on the phone was very helpful and efficient and arranged everything and always kept us informed together with the emails. The man came to measure up our six windows soon after we moved in and gave us a good deal! After waiting for them to be made Connor came to fit the shutters and he did a great job all on his own and so quickly too and cleared up afterwards taking all the boxes away with him.
The shutters look fantastic inside and out and are such a good quality!

We are really happy with our shutters that were custom made for our bay windows. Well worth the wait. Totally shutters kept in contact and regularly updated us on the progress. They have really put the finishing touch to our living room. I would recommend anyone thinking of getting shutters to do it with this company.

they measured up within a week, guidelines waiting for them to be made was accurate. They took away the packaging they came in. Polite and trustworthy.
I had an issue with my quartz backsplash which meant they couldn't fit the kitchen shutter but once the quartz was sorted they returned to fit within the time frame that suited. Perfect! Very happy customer.

From start to finish Totally Shutters have been brilliant. Yes I was rather impatient in getting the shutters installed as the papers blinds were driving me insane, but it was well worth the wait. Simon was very knowledgable and measured the shutters perfectly which meant that Connor was done in 2 hours. Shutters fitted superbly and a very neat job. Also act as a sound insulator which is a bonus as we are on a busy road. Thanks so much!

From start to finish this company are simply brilliant. It was very reassuring having Simon come round to take us through the process and know that he wasn't simply another cog in a wheel that you'd never hear from again like with the bigger companies. The shutters came on time, are excellent quality and the fitter was superb. My only regret is that it's taken me four months to write this review. Totally Shutters are fantastic.

We were recommended to Totally Shutters by our friends who also had had a loft extension. Price was very competitive for the window in our loft that we decided to have our bay windows in our living room re-done too. We were kept informed of manufacturing of shutters throughout. Installation was smooth and fitter was very polite, professional and tidy.
