One of India's biggest e-commerce frauds. They do not have any products available with them. They use fake reviews to gain trust, once a customer makes a purchase , they send an e-mail that they do not have the item in stock and then a few days later they'll ask for extra amount to send the product. They will not deliver the product as they do not have an inventory. In rare cases, if the customer persists and threatens them of legal consequences, they send out cheap quality products bought locally near them. Hope cyber cell takes action soon.

After placing order they will say product out of stock. when you contact them they will ask you to wait or take refund. Now after cancelling order and getting credit in their e-wallet, you can choose to transfer to Bank Account but when you click withdraw, it will just say transfer successful without any prompt for you to enter bank account details. Now its been over a year and I gave up on this. only positive thing is I opted for COD so only lost the partial payment of 240rs. Wish I had know you can dispute a transaction with your bank a year ago.

Spam shopping website I ordered a battery for my Bluetooth speaker and paid got order confirmation to mail. When ordered it was mentioned in 24 hrs it will be dispatched. Result : Nothing moved, no replies no response can’t cancel the order on their website also.
Please be aware don’t fall for the reviews you see in google.

I am surprised that such a fraud website is even allowed to exist together with 4+ star reviews on Google! When I was placing an order for a Xolo Era 3 battery on 17 June 2025, I got a warning from Google that this is a phishing website. But I ignored it. I thought it maybe a false positive. But after making payment, I haven't received any update regarding the order. They don't respond to WhatsApp messages, emails and don't even have the courtesy to pick up calls.

This is what I am going to do for the benefit of all customers so that they don't lose their hard-earned money on these crooks & criminals. First, I will file an FIR at the Cybercell and with that copy of the FIR, I will bring this fraudulent website down forever by contacting the domain registrar, the domain hoster and then Google Ads. This criminal organization needs to be dealt with an iron fist.

As soon as i posted the issue in Trustpilot the seller replied below but still i have not received the refund. They are taking money but neither dispatching the order nor the refund processed. The seller needs a legal consequence.

Coustomer care service is poor.. money back guarantee is bogus.. no money back ...

I had ordered a Nokia N-Gage QD Full body Housing from their Website.
Before placing the order i had called them and asked them for pictures.
They told me they have it in stock but they will only provide pictures after confirming the order.
Now they dont have the product and they are not even returing my money. Rs.1250 approx.
Worst thing is their costumer service executive everyday giving me confirmation that my refund is in process, Jst when i said ill raise complaint against them they have stopped picking up my calls.

COMPLETE SCAM.

They should be completely SHUT DOWN, fake promises and stealing peoples hard earned money.

Promised me for a refund... but this guys are complete fake, and then they are operating from Delhi and have store address as well, after so many reviews and complaints why isnt any action taken against them.

They delayed product delivery for over 2 months, delivered one wrong product ( ordered back panel of white color for s21 fe, they delivered black and argued back that use that sir as its the only one it stock) then one back camera replacement, they took hell lot of time and then same china warehouse bullshit, delivered non working product and now delaying reply, avoid at all costs and instead use maxbhi.com for all future purchases, have done positive purchases many time there, but purchased this time in this touchlcdhouse and now regretting

This is a fraudulent website! It’s been over a month since I placed an order and no updates whatsoever! I tried reaching them on WhatsApp and did not get any reply!

Seems to be a scam website. They are located in delhi. Took the payment after an in-stock item was purchased. Then claimed the item was out of stock and had to be purchased from china. No tracking. No proof. And and have been avoiding calls. Giving oral updates. Now they claimed last week it will come in 3-4 days. Still no update. Nothing matches conditions given at time of purchase. Gave them a chance for a month. They are clesrly scammers. Currently in the process of registering a consumer case against them.

This website is totally fraud and scammer please request to all of you do not buy any product in this platform I ordered my asus rog 3 screen folder since 13 sep 2024 but after 1 month not received my order when I called touch LCD house customer service she told me sir wait for more one week and I waited for one week but not received my order and again I called customer service and again she told me sir your item will be come into china warehouse so waiting more some days
So this type ideology used to distract to many more months
I waited too long months ago but she didn't get my refund today date is 22 may 2025
I go complain file again in this fraudiast platform.

If they don't have the item in stock, they will delay, delay and delay. I placed my order on 30 April, 2025. Since then, I've been calling them every week and they would tell me to wait another week. After placing an order, the company failed to deliver the product and gave no clear communication about warehouse location (India or China), dispatch timelines, or expected delivery. When I requested a refund, instead of returning the money to my original payment method, they quietly dumped the amount into a website "wallet"—something that was never disclosed beforehand.

Now here's the real scam: if I want to transfer the amount back to my bank account, they say I need to pay a 3% "bank transaction fee" and wait 6–7 days. This is not only unreasonable but also completely against the Consumer Protection Act of India, which mandates a full refund without deductions if the seller fails to deliver.

This whole setup feels fake, misleading, and unethical. Holding customers’ money hostage and forcing them to either repurchase or pay fees to get their own money back is a scam in plain sight.

Avoid this platform at all costs. These people are not trustworthy and seem to be running a shady operation.

They are fraud for sure almost all rating in the maps also is fake, please don't buy anything from the website, I paid beforehand still now it's been more than a week and the ordered is not yet processed don't even know will I even get the product delivered

Dont buy any product from touchhouse LCD. Once You placed the Order after two days they will call and inform you, the price of the item is increased. If you cancel the product, Amount will go their wallet. If you withdraw the amount they will charge 3% of order value for not your fault. So becareful. Dont Buy from touch house LCD.

first they sent me a 6 year old manufactured K20 Pro Battery and denied to return. also a realme c1 display with lines in it. when i intiated return request they first denied , somehow i convinced them and sent the product. now it is showing approved for refund. but its day 30now. they are not receiving call and not giving refund. total fraudulent scamers are they are
