I have ordered one Samsung LCD display for my Samsung Galaxy M30s on 21st October 24. Still in their website they are showing under transit. How many days it will take to delivery not known. No tracking option, simply collecting money from customers and they are not delivering the goods promptly. Very bad experience I had at TOUCH LCD HOUSE

I had ordered charging ports for my Panasonic Eluga x1 pro and Panasonic tab 8…first of October….Bt the items hadn’t been reached me yet….and no updates for the shipment yet..
All the time they say…it wil take time..it will take time…I don’t know when the time comes..

Ordered display for poco x4 pro and lava etab velo plus on 7th September 2024. And later reading this website review I cancelled my order. And tried to withdraw. The amount was vanished from the wallet and no response from touchlcdhouse website. Not responding in WhatsApp email nothing. No signs of refund too. Very frustrated with the service and they scammed my money.

Two pre paid orders have not been serviced. No response to phone call, WhatsApp message or email. Looks like a fraudulent company. High time this company is blacklisted.

Display quality original received im trying so many places and websites but Touch LCD House arrange my Display and other parts

Absolutely fraud seller. Ordered an item on 18Aug2024 Order No.1203064. These frauds haven't sent the item and not responding to my queries. Thankfully paid through Credit card and initiated chargeback on account of fraud.

I have also order a front camera for pixel 7 pro and the device is still not shipped the customer service is not responding.
They are fraud.

I have ordered Lenovo tab8 charging patta cable but received LCD patta cable mailed for replacement but no response received,phone call not picking.

Unfortunately, i should have read the reviews here before ordering from touchlcdhouse. I ordered for a mobile display ,and it was a prepaid order. The seller has now cancelled the order, without any reason, and there is no mention about the refund. I tried to contact on their whatasapp number but there is no reply. They are rejecting my calls too. Seems I have been scamed :(

I have ordered a LG W41 battery and send them rs.651. this faurd people don't send the the product till now, it has been 3 months. Please stay away from this scammers.

Touchlcdhouse which did not response to calls,whatsapp,email sent and they dont update any shipping details to track i order kult gladiator mobile back panel (14/7/24) there is no response from is website till now so please dont order from this website thank you

order not dispatched even after one month. Reaching customer case is also very difficult. They said they are not able to provide refund because their refund team is not available from past few days.

I was looking for battery for my tablet, I saw it on touchlcdhouse.com website so I emailed them to make sure if its available.

They confirmed that product is available and I can place order. I placed order and even after few weeks there was no chance in order status.

After contacting them they said item is not available, please cancel the order. I cancelled the order but even after a months time they haven't refunded my money, I have called them many times.

I think its a fraud website.

The website doesn't update the page and refund in the wallet instead of account

I Have order Nokia E5 Full body housing from this website. I waited almost one week but they are not updated my purchase status in their website. So i cancelled my order. After 3 days i get money refunded in their website wallet. As of my one week experience. Am not feeling good about their service. So transfer the wallet amount(Rs.697) to my bank account. Almost one month gone still the amount not Received in my bank account. I try n number of times to contact their customer care. But no response from them. Initially while asking product they are replying fast. But now they are not even attend my call. People please aware this website. Am Plan to raise complaint in national cyber crime portal.
