Worst experience ever in online shopping

Very bad service I ordered a product from this website and I did prepaid but when my order came it was showing cash on delivery so I return it and it's been 1month since I sent text, mail, call but they are not even responding anything. There's no hospitality in them. Be careful when you order anything from here today it happened to me tomorrow it might happen to you.

Faurd site is a scam that takes money but doesn't send orders. I have made an order for a Samung Galaxy Folder, and I made an online payment of 548 Rs. Now they are not responding to their WhatsApp number, email, or call. They mention our site sipping  within 24 hours, but 7 days go's product, still not ship.  If you value your money and time, avoid them. Order ID: #1152775

They are selling duplicate parts at the price of original, and when i contact customer they didn't reply, Simply they are doing fraud to customers, Avoid this website and i am filling complaint against then in consumer forums

I'm not receiving any updates from his WhatsApp no.
And they wrote 24 hours shipping my order is not shipped yet 2 days ago.
I have a worse experience with his website and support

I Think they are Fraudster..I ordered Lumia 640XL Back panel and done payment of Rs551 on 9th June24 but till 13th June 24 nor they are sending any details about Shipping & Delivery date nor they are responding on Email/WhatsApp/Call..So take care while ordering any item..Thnx..

They are very delay and no customer support no response from their side. But I got my product after bad review posted in this site.

They are bunch of Scammers and fraud! I had ordered my backpanel of BlackBerry Keyone and paid my hard earn money RS. 1700 for it. But they do not give response and never pick up calls. My order ID #1127572

After i posted my problem in this site, immediately they started shipping my order immediately. To day i heard the message from the courier service that my product will deliver today. they could have done earlier this process before 1 month. i ordered on 24/04/2024 and i am going to receive on 30/05/2024.

Fraud service.after payment, saying stock not available,no refund did.

I found parts for my phone: back cover and battery. I ordered only back cover since I was not sure how the service will be. The back cover was never delivered. I kept writing to touchlcdhouse.com about returning back the amount but never got any response from them. So, I consider them to be more like a crook site, and was glad that I did not order (and paid) for the battery, which was more than Rs. 1000.

Wrost web to order any mobile part firstly they I’ll show you the cheaper amount after you’ll place order they I’ll ask for more money and they I’ll not provide refund also if still you are ordering so the problem is with you 🙂 I tried to give my best opinion and save others money

After paying for your order, they will call you and say the price is increased..they will say that they deliver item only on paying extra amount they mentioned.
They will say they won't accept cash on delivery, they won't provide even tracking ID.
Seems Touch LCD house is absolutely fake.
