terrible service.
terrible service.
i have received a damaged screen and customer service is refusing to accept the return, claiming the complaint was not lodged within 24 hours, whereas it says clearly on the website that returns are possible within 30 days. no reply on the customer service line. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEATS. i am seriously considering proceeding with legal action if my return is not accepted within the coming day or two.
