Quick easy service.
I saw a video on YouTube that they offer a free service identify any suspicious looking plants and I went onto their website, posted the images and by the morning I had confirmation that everything was ok and there was no plants to be concerned about. Great survive, easy to use, friendly and very reassuring.

Prompt response - great service

Being told you may have knotweed on a…
Being told you may have knotweed on a property you are selling is a very stresful devlopment. So to be able to get the pictures uploaded one evening and have an answer back by 9.45 the following morning with the news that it is not Knotweed was fantastic on many levels. To be honest I was expecting that we would be at least having to pay for a survey to confirm. But No I got a clear and concise 'good news' e mail back which restored my faith in proper companies that are ethical and fair in how they do business. will certainly promote them on my social media stuff.

Quick and great help
I used their free identification service. TP Knotweed Solutions replied to my email within a day and let me know all the relevant info I needed to know.
It was all good so I did not need to hire them for anything else, but I would have felt safe to use them based on the interaction I had with them.

Survey before house sale
TP Knotweed conducted a survey of my property before it went on the market. Japanese Knotweed was present in my neighbour's garden and was subject to a management plant with TP. The survey TP provided to me was thorough, it confirmed no knotweed was observed on my property and that my neighbour's property was subject to a treatment plan. My house sold quickly with many thanks to assurance provided in the survey from TP.
