I used TP Knotweed Solution's ID service to confirm whether a plant was Japanese Knotweed or not. I received confirmation in around an hour that it was not, and it therefore needed no specialist treatment. A fantastic service that I would recommend.

I emailed TPknotweed, I got a prompt reply, I forgot to follow up but Tim emailed me back couple of days later, which I appreciated so much. I enquired that I am buying a house and my surveyor has mentioned that there may be Japanese Knotweed at the property. Tim was extremely helpful, said to send some pictures or videos of the garden. I sent a few videos to Tim, within around 5/10 minutes, Tim emailed me back and confirmed that the plants in the videos was not Japanese Knotweed. This is an extremely brilliant service. This has helped me to make a decision in proceeding further with my purchase. I am extremely grateful to Tim and the brilliant service I received and the free ID service is much appreciated.
