The customer service was great.

I only wanted to transfer my pension pot to another pension provider. I was not able to access online my account and nobody seems to be ready to help. Very difficult to communicate with them.
When I called them the pot value was different compared with the information received from another member of the staff.
I hope they will transfer my money. I am very disappointed .

The man who answered the phone Osman was very polite and respectful. He dealt with my enquiry very quickly and affectionately. It's not the first time I have had dealings with Osman and on each occasion he has been very professional.

Your staff member was polite friendly and professional as for TPT in general I am not impressed the service is very slow ,sometimes trying to contact you is almost impossible.

I have to be honest and say my experience with TPT has not always been smooth.
However today instead of emailing or contacting via secure contact, I spoke to Andrew, who could not have been more helpful. I explained the issue, he then looked into the situation and provided details to enable me to follow up and the offer of calling him back, if the problem was not sorted out.
Such a relief to find someone so helpful and who understood the problem.

Got the help I needed and was very happy with Jyoti who was so pleasent.

She spoke clearly and smoothly, so she was easy to hear and understand.
She was friendly and knowledable.

Sabrin was extremely helpful and resolved the issues I had signing into my account in just a few minutes. They also provided some key information based on another query I had. The call wait time was negligible, being only a few seconds before getting straight though to an advisor.

Hit 55 wanted some funds to work for myself contacted tpt using online messaging customer service hub instant reply and got everything I needed/reqested without going through different departments .

I appreciated the time taken to work me through the process before funds were released eventually. I noticed also the security in place to guard the system and ensure the right person is given their entitlement.
